Am I in fact early?
While I have the most experience running 3.5, Pathfinder, and war-gaming against my players as a GM in 5th edition Dungeons and Dragons, my heart/mind has always belonged to Call of Cthulhu. Doesn't matter the system, I have a tendency to dress things in the trappings and principles of CoC. I'm not here to win, as a player or storyteller. I am here only tell the most engaging and compelling story possible. A good challenge is always desirable but not necessary, having to put serious thought into which bridges are worth pursuing/burning is when I tend to be the most engaged, and I am always happy to serve as a group's counterbalance. Be it the token Evil party member, or the Paladin moral compass? I'm not here to take anyone's fun away from them, only draw out interesting relationships and ensure every party has some extra spice. Happy to look the other way if rogues or murder hobos absolutely need to meet their personal quotas~
Curse of Strahd has ended, (Sorcadins are dumb. Don't ever let me multi-class again in 5e.) and the Tomb of Annihilation can't have too many floors left to explore. (No spoilers, please.) I'm in the market for new chronicles to engage in. Never been able to keep a band together long enough to commit to a long term play by post. So I will have to admit that I'm coming here cautiously hopeful.
Tabletop roleplaying has always gotten the highest priority for my free time, but as an integral member of a small IT staff serving two 24/7 facilities, I cannot promise I will be a daily writer. Not for lack of trying, I assure you! Stars and stones have I tried to stay as active on RPR as possible. But I've dwindled down to just three active stories. It is high time I broadened my horizons.
Not 100% which of the many campaigns I'm looking to apply for yet. I'm nowhere near well read enough on PTU, as much as I have been wanting to run something for it the past few weeks when I was introduced to it. But I'm probably going to start small, ensure I can commit as a player in one or two stories for a reasonable length of time before getting too ambitious.
So, here I am. Here to get into mischief. Tieflings are easily my favorite race. So for now, just consider me an infernal bastard~! (If I had to choose a heritage... Qlippoth-Spawn.)

Welcome! I have had my PTU game for a year, soon. It has the initial learning curve, but it runs very smoothly.
Though it is a niche game, we do have a few dedicated players that may be interested in playing within a different story. I certainly would like to.
Call of Cthulu would be an excellent addition to the assortment of games, but we do have a few games in need of players and our discord channel has a list of games that others would like to play.
