Confidential
FEMALE:
Narcisa Artenie
Hair: White
Eyes: Blue
Build: Short and athletic
Complexion: Chalky white
Age: Appears 21
Remarks: Hair is an unnatural white color, with darker roots that point to it being dyed. Canine teeth appear to be longer and sharper than normal, pointing to body modification. Skin is a chalky color that points to either a genetic abnormality, or extreme lack of sunlight. Patient appears to be a loner. Patient seems to have an obsession with blood, and seems almost aroused by the sight of it. *Warning: Patient will bite when presented with any opportunity to do so. Is quite flexible and may at times attempt to escape restraints.
History: Patient was found wandering in an alleyway at midnight, dressed in nothing but a white nightgown, with blood on her hands and face, but no signs of any injuries. Patient had a faraway look on her face and would not respond to anyone, only to occasionally give way to laughter or mumbling, the words of which were unable to be made out.
Patient was located by a concerned citizen who was able to lead her to the hospital, where a name presumed to be hers was discovered written on her hand in permanent marker, but no medical records could be found. She appeared to be almost drawn into reality when asked if it was her name, though it quickly led way to a fit of laughter. The hospital then turned her over to Moulsford.
Diagnosis: Bipolar Disorder, Bouts of fits, Delusions, Hallucinations, Raving.
Maria Berdahl
Hair: Long, Light Brunette.
Eyes: Light brown with a red hue.
Build: Small but dense.
Complexion: Slightly tanned in color. Covered in scars and old injures.
Age: Unknown. Estimated 25 years of age.
Remarks: The patient is unpredictable and a danger to herself and others. The patient is prone to self-harm and outward violence using anything they get their hands on. Patient has incredibly stress-tolerant body.
History: Martsin was caught terrorizing a small town wandering the streets at night while covered in many injures that after investigation are believed to be self-inflicted or caused by victims in an attempt to defend themselves. It is agreed on that the patient was responsible for a series of violent crimes made against seemingly random individuals with no clear connections between each other. The patient refused to answer any questions that were presented to them.
"Martsin" Is believed to be a woman by the name of Maria Berdahl that went missing at the age of 14 but it has been impossible to prove whether or not this is the case. Any connection Maria would have had to the city has either gone missing or have been killed, possibly by Maria herself. After listening to "Martsin" , as they have come to be known as, and her heretical beliefs she was admitted to Moulsford Asylum.
Diagnosis: Crime, delusions.
Mary Doe
Hair: Long, cool-toned dark brunette, often found to have small flowers tangled in it
Eyes: Ghostly Pale Blue
Build: Petite and slender
Complexion: Fair, lightly freckled, seems to bruise easily as its always stained with painful looking splotches of greens, blues and purples
Age: Estimated to be 19 y/o
Remarks: Patient can be volatile and is prone to fits of violence, or frenzies of tears. She may exhibit animalistic mannerisms. She has a tendency of slipping through the cracks of supervision, and has been known to appear outside in the Yard - how is unbeknownst. Her fingers and feet seem to nearly always have dirt griming them. *Make sure nails are always filed and watch for biting.
History: Patient was found wandering the streets nude, mumbling incoherently. She was battered, bloody and filthy, and was examined by the local hospital - the reports of which have been unobtainable. Said hospital called for Moulsford when the patient raved of monsters and horrible things, spouting a foreign or imaginary language at times, and could not provide any identifying information.
Investigation into the young woman's identity was fruitless. She was apparently from out of town, no relatives to speak of, no records or documentation of any kind, no name to give any leads for authorities, and she would not cease her frenzied panic and stories of fantasy. With no legal past, no evident family to claim her, no found trace in society and no one to miss her, Moulsford welcomed her with open arms.
Diagnosis: Delusional

When not lucid, becomes erratic *but not aggressive, and attempts to speak in a harsh, nonsensical or foreign language described by staff and other patients as uncomfortable to listen to. Patient often draws, and will attempt to do so even when supplies are not present, making use of own blood and the walls of her room. Providing her with pencil and paper prevents this. WARNING:Patient is very skilled at liberating self from restraints, will readily do so if not continuously watched, but will wait where she had been restrained, will not attempt to escape, and will accept restraints if given a reason to remain in them. Age: 23
Remarks: Patient can be violent at times, loves to play games with other patients and employees, very intelligent and deductive.

When the patients house was searched there were many knife marks along his house, bullet holes in the walls, blood stains, and many books filled with very personal and secretive things about people he had met.

Daniel Carro
Hair: Dirty blonde
Eyes: Brown
Build: Tall and skinny
Complexion: Pale, clear skin
Age: 18
Remarks: Daniel can have many sleep waves through the day and will even pass out some times. He is also very paranoid when around larger bodied men which can possibly lead to panic attacks.
History: Patient Daniel Carro, part of a very rich family whom are the owners of a huge manufacturing agency. They needed to be perfect for everyone to see and when they found out Daniel was Gay, his father wouldn’t have that so he tried to beat it out of him. In the end this didn’t work and made problems worse as Daniel started to to have panic attacks whenever his father would enter the room and his paranoia grew tremendously.
After finding him too much to handle, his family sent him off to the moulsford asylum so that they could hopefully find a way to fix their son out of his troubles, or to just keep him there so they could forget he ever existed.
Diagnosis: Paranoia, Homosexuality, Anxiety, Narcolepsy
Jesse Chapman
Hair: Dark brown, cut short, and slightly wavy
Eyes: An unremarkable shade of hazel
Build: Formerly sturdy and muscular, of average height, now mostly thin and wasted away
Complexion: Once heathy and bronzed, now pale with a dusting of freckles, several small scars noted on his hands
Age: 21
Remarks: The patient appears to be mostly present and alert, although reluctant to make eye contact or speak beyond short sentences, and then only states what is necessary. The patient also appears to be overly sensitized to sound, and possibly smell as well (Mr. Chapman claims to be able to hear the leaking faucet in the lavatory down the hallway, and that he was able to smell the beginnings of lunch being prepared, all the way from the lobby). A short physical examination reveals the patient's fingernails to be torn, many demonstrating evidence of recent trauma, with several still actively bleeding.
History: The patient was admitted following a psychiatric evaluation and subsequent referral done by the nurse at his university. The referral noted that the patient has experienced a history with insomnia, social isolation, and anxiety stemming from intolerance to certain noises or smells. It was recommended that the patient be admitted to Moulsford for treatment of the aforementioned conditions before returning to the university, as his condition has steadily worsened and had a significant impact on his academic performance.
Mr. Chapman denies a history of alcohol or drug use, recreational or otherwise. He states that he was raised on a farm in Illinois, and that he has a good relationship with his family, although he has not heard from his parents for some time now. Recent attempts to contact them, both personally and by the university health center have been unsuccessful. Although Mr. Chapman is of legal age, his mental status precludes him from being allowed to make significant medical decisions, and has thus been deemed a temporary warden of the state of Massachusetts.
Diagnosis: Anxiety, likely as a result of overaction of the mind. Will need further assessment to determine whether or not the patient also suffers from sensory hallucinations.
Firenweorc Deofol
Hair: Dark Red
Eyes: Gold
Build: Muscular, Mesomorph
Complexion: Fair
Age: 22
Remarks: Firenweorc is covered in many different scars, which seemed to have accumulated throughout his life. He reacts violently to touch and forms of intimacy; this is shown normally through trying to get as far away as possible from the touch, or if feeling threatened, he may attack. There is also an issue in which he refuses to be undressed in any way around someone. When he hallucinates, he is extremely unpredictable as his hallucinations themselves seem to vary as well as his emotions. Most often though, he seems angry or panicked. Common signs of panic or distress for him are digging his nails into his arms or scalp, hyperventilating, going completely silent (unable to talk), and if someone touched him while he was panicked, lashing out.
History: After being found walking the streets with nothing but his underwear and a journal at 18, Firenweorc was taken by cops to a station for examination. They found they couldn’t get anywhere near him or he would scream and lash out. After getting a professional medical team to sedate and check him, they determined by the way he reacted and a couple of tests that he was mentally ill.
They had dropped Firenweorc off at an asylum in New York, where he stayed for 1 1/2 years. Determining that he was ‘top damaged’ to be around the patients in New York, they decided to send him to Moulsford to see if the doctors there could help.
Diagnosis:
Schizophrenia

Major Depression
Social Anxiety
Aphenphosmphobia (Fear of touch)
Gymnophobia (fear of nudity)
