In the remains of a corrupt nation, the small groups of the remaining people must survive in the aftermath of an unintended catastrophe.
The main plot:
It’s been a hectic few years; first, the strict governmental takeover, then the threats of war, all leading up to the accidental release of a virus that transformed people into living corpses (or zombies, if you prefer). In the outbreak of this horrid disease, countless cities have been swallowed up by the swarm, millions of lives have ended due to catastrophic invasions, and the people that survived have taken one of three paths; killing and stealing from others, holing themselves up in their homes and scavenging where they can, or joining large groups that have alleged ties to the government, becoming mercenaries with little care.
Despite these atrocious conditions, there are small collectives of people attempting to survive, each with a differing goal in mind. Of course, many of these established “settlements” wage war with the Govers (governmental mercs) and the Raiders, as well as zombies and each other, but the rare few who hold onto the ideals of civilization before its collapse are truly the gems in this harsh world made by corruption and greed.
Nathan has always been one to get in trouble, but the day of the outbreak really screwed everything up. Now, with a small band of survivors, he has to find a place that they can call home, without falling prey to zeds, Govers and Raiders. Can he and those with him make it through this hell made real, or will they become the next main course for the Infected?
Rules and regulations:
Standard rules apply, group will be made for the Sanctuary, with rooms for each character, as well as an armory, kitchen, lab, training hall, infirmary, storehouse, and all other amenities for survival.
Smut/sex allowed, and can add to the plot. Blacking out optional, but not really expected. Positions will be handed out based on skills. Character sheet to be posted soon. -
