The following is the Residency Agreement given to all employees of Hidden Valley Ranch who wish to utilize the on-site housing. The Agreement must be signed and notarized.
This agreement provides _____________ legal residency at ### Reindeer Road in Twin Peaks, Oregon. My service provider agrees to adhere to the standards set forth by the State of Oregon.
My Landlord agrees that I will not pay rent as long as I remain employed at Hidden Valley Ranch. In the event of my termination from Hidden Valley Ranch or my willful release from employment, I agree to pay total rent costs of $539.22 on the 1st Day of Each Month until I am able to find proper housing, with an allowance of up to but no greater than 6 (six) months. At the end of the allotted period, I agree to willfully vacate the premises and relinquish rights to residency.
I agree to follow all housing rules as provided in my New Resident Packet provided to me on my move in date, the ___ day of _______, 20__. I agree to be responsible for upkeep of my residence. My Landlord agrees to pay for any materials needed for self-repairs, and to hire professionals for repairs as needed.
If I end this agreement:
If my Landlord ends this agreement:
1b. If the agreement is ended because I have broken it, or if there is an urgency based on criminal activity, resident safety, or damage to the property, they will serve me a 30 day notice to vacate.
2. My Landlord agrees to act as an Honorable Reference on my behalf. They will speak truthfully to any prospective Landlords on my behalf.

2. I will give at least 2 weeks notice of my intent to move.
3. I will vacate the property in a manner that leaves it undamaged, clean and free of unwanted items.
