- Treat the animals with respect. They're residents just like all of us, and any unwarranted abuse to them will result in immediate termination and possible legal action.
- The Boss' House is open all hours of the night to those who need it. If you show up after 1AM, you're in charge of breakfast. Whatever you catch the bosses doing is your own problem if you don't knock.
- If you call us because you need bail, there better be a good reason.
- It is up to you as coworkers how you settle disputes. In a climate of supernaturals, things get heated. Brawl if you need to, but always shake hands after.
- Playful pranks will not get you into trouble within reason. We all have to goof off sometimes. Don't take it too far.
Visitors:
- Take the cute little bars of soap; we can't reuse them for the next guests.
- Do not enter the grazing fields without one of our employees. Not all of the animals are friendly.
- Don't try to smuggle out chickens or bunnies. We'll know.
- Do not mistreat the animals. Do not mistreat the workers. Do not mistreat your hosts. You will be asked to leave the property if you do.
- No flash photography near the animals.
- Supernatural hunters will not be tolerated; to hunt on HVR's land is to accept swift and merciless judgement.
