Tsk, now how did he end up here this time?

Insomnia, perhaps? He didn't know. The man's brain felt far too blurred, he felt far too out of it for anything right now, only that he was moving forward, taking slow, unstable steps, and that wherever he was entering was rather cold, as was the hand gripping his upper arm. Gripping his arm far too tight, far too tight indeed. Struggle, yes, he could remember that vaguely. A brief tussle, screaming, misery...brief pain as something struck him hard on the chin. He didn't feel like this now, though. He just felt...dead. Disjointed. Confused.

Perhaps a wee bit scared would be a very good way to put it, actually. This place felt so unfamiliar, and the voices around him were nothing more than hushed whispered. He could smell sharp cleaning chemicals, so clearly this area was sterile, but through almost nonexistent vision, he saw only odd shapes, blurred movement, shaken by his limping. Odd, how had that happened...he couldn't remember. Not right now, at least.

Right now, he had bigger issues. Mainly finding out what exactly was happening to him.
Nightfrost looked up from her clipboard as she saw the new patient brought in. The disoriented look made her wonder if they had drugged him to bring him here, but either way she would follow the routine when introducing new patients to Vesania.

Almost silent footsteps carried her towards them and she spoke and in a polite tone, “Hello, welcome to Vesania.” Sometimes patients would panic when they learned it was an asylum so she was cautious with the word. Looking at her clipboard of new patients for a moment, she asked, “Are you Mr Ozul?” Her eyes travelled over the man in front of her as she studied him a little while awaiting an answer. He seemed a little more out of it than she had first anticipated, making her wonder if she should lead him to his room and not give him the option to look around the facility first.
((I suppose...he would find it rather difficult to look around))

Axel frowned, looking up at the unsteady shape presumably of female origin. "Vesania?" He mumbled, voice slurred mainly exhaustion. "Like that...asylum place? Tch, no I'm not. Surely you jest." He shook his head, still looking rather confused and now grumpy as well.

"But, how do you know my name? I didn't introduce myself. And I just said I don't belong here. Clearly, there has been a mistake. Perhaps, you mean a brother of mine? I...think I have a brother. I don't know, I can't dwell on that right now."
“I got your name from my clipboard.” She stated in a soft tone before answering his other question, “And yes, I do mean that Vesania.... Would you like me to bring you somewhere you can rest? Or would you rather I show you around?” She wanted to give him the option just in case, but had a feeling she’d know his answer. Thinking for a moment she asked, “If it’s ok with you, I can lead you by your arm? You don’t look like you feel well....” her tone held a little bit of worry as she spoke.

The nurse looked to the person holding his upper arm and she gave a soft nod to let them know that they could let go if they wanted to.

((Sorry for the short response, my next one will be longer))
"No. They never would have brought me here." He mumbled, stumbling backward slightly. "There is nothing wrong with me. I do not belong here!" He snapped, ripping his arm out of the grasp of the mysterious hand, eyes narrowed.

"I feel fine. I'm merely a bit tired, I'll feel fine after a nap, and a good nap requires my own bed." The man shook his head, arms crossed belligerently across his chest. "I feel completely, utterly fine."
"I don't know where your own bed is at the moment, but I'd be happy to bring you to one where you can rest." She kept her soft tone as she spoke, "We have extra blankets and pillows if you need them. Maybe you're here to visit that brother you weren't sure about? Tiredness can defenitely do that to someone...." Trying to play into what he had said before, Nightfrost hoped it would work.

"How about I lead you to somewhere you can rest for now, and we can try to make you comfortable?" She asked with a soft smile.
"No, no, I'll be fine." He mumbled. "Perhaps...perhaps I am here to visit a brother. I think I am. But...I do not think I have family here." He frowned, thinking. "If my brother...is here. Could you take me to him, then? It...must be his name that you see on your...board?" He squinted.

"I'll just pop in and say hello, and then...I'll be finding my way home. I don't like places like this, you see. Too sterile. Far too sterile indeed. Didn't enjoy it when born, don't enjoy it now."
Nightfrost nodded, “I’ll take you to the room.” She offered a soft smile, “Would you like me to lead you by the arm or no?” Depending on his answer, she would lead him by how he wanted.

The room she lead him to was on the first floor, down a few different hallways. Upon opening the room, it was fairly blank, only one hospital bed and a chair within it, along with covered outlets on the wall. “Can you please wait in here while I get someone? I need to check which room your brother is in.” She hummed with a soft smile
He frowned, tilting his head slightly, looking around. Unable to guide himself, and afraid of tripping over anything that might have been in his path, he allowed the nurse rather grudgingly to guide him, though he seemed rather suspicious.

"I would prefer to look for him with you, please." He requested, frowning. He did not like the idea of being in this strange place that he did not know alone. What if she intended on locking him in here? What if he couldn't go home?
“I’m sorry but it would be a lot safer if you wait in here. I just need to grab someone and ask a couple of things, and I don’t want to have to bring you through the patient room ward to do that.” She was genuinely worried that if she brought him along, something would go wrong.

“I can have one of the other nurses stay with you while I do that if that makes you feel better?” Nightfrost offered, “Shes a very kind woman, worked here for longer than I have. If any patients came to the door then she could handle them well.”

((If Axel says yes I’ll just add an NPC nurse that I can play since Night is the only nurse rn))
She begins to walk by as she was making her way out. She walks past the door and noticed a slightly nervous Night. She walks her way. "Miss Wuduwesten? Is everything okay?" She then looks at the new face.
Nightfrost then looked over, “Hello Miss Alyson, I was actually just looking for you.” She smiled in greeting, walking over to her and she showed Alyson her clipboard that showed that Axel was a new patient and assigned to Alyson. She sighed “I’ve been having some trouble, I don’t want to cause an episode accidentally but he seems to really hate the idea of being here. The only reason I could even get him here was because he wants to visit a brother that isn’t here.” She said all of this low enough that Axel wouldn’t be able to hear her as she talked outside the room.
"I see. Thank you Night." She then sits across from Axel. "Hello. I'm Alyson. I hear you want to see your brother and you dont like it here." She says softly as she laces her fingers together and smiles softly.
((Sorry, holidays...))

The man nodded, frowning. "Why would I like it here, in this...looney bin? I don't belong here! I don't belong here at all! They said my name but...I don't know, perhaps I had a brother. Perhaps they're here and...I would, therefore, like to meet them. Why does that even matter? Why is that important in any way, shape, or form? I see no reason why!"
"I'm sorry, I did not mean to say anything to upset you. Do you know how you got here? Perhaps you dont belong here. Let me help get down to the bottom of this. Would that be okay?" She says softly with a serious expression
"I..." He frowned, rather confused. "I...I don't know how I got here. I don't remember. Everything is...so blurry. I cannot remember how I got here, only that I am here, and I need sleep, but I just want to go home, to my own bed, my own family."
"I understand that feeling all too well. Having a familiar environment is comforting. So being here must be a little frightening." She says calmly as she sets her clipboard down and to the left of her. "Do you happen to know your home number? I can get ahold of them, or both of us, and we can figure out what exactly is going on okay? If you want I could even take you to my office. However if you feel more comfortable here, then we can stay here alright?" She says with a warm yet comforting smile.
"It's, uh..." He frowned. "It has numbers in it." He offered. "It...it starts with a 1...I think. Could I just go home? I know that, I know how to get home!" He frowned. "I won't feel comfortable in this place no matter where I am!"
She listens and nods her head. "I see. It's okay that you dont remember, but do you even know where you are? I worry if I let you leave, you will get lost. Is there any way youd allow me to escort you home? I want to get to the bottom of this too." She says with a small smile.
"I suppose...it would be quite nice to have company for the trek home. I cannot see too well so...I sometimes get myself into places where I might get hurt. It helps to have somebody to alert me of any vehicles that are coming towards me." He shrugged, frowning. "Thank you for letting me go home. The other lady wouldn't, and I don't like that!"
