Fame. Fortune. Everybody wanted some type of it. Be seen on the big screens in the movie of the year. Your songs playing on the radio on almost every station. Making money left and right with ease. Living the high life in penthouses and mansions. Having to wear a disguise or risk being mobbed by fans in public. That's what Misa's life was like as it slowly yet quickly spiraled down, down, down and landed her in an Asylum.
It had always been her dream to be the famous girl all the other girls wanted to be. Be the girl all the boys wanted to date. However it wasn't all cracked up to be. Over time she began to loose herself in the madness that surrounded her. Like a domino affect, one thing lead to another. One comment spread like wild fire that she was fat and needed to be thinner. Her managers had said to ignore those types of comments. Haters were gonna hate. Nobody cared about others, and if one person was miserable then the rest of the world should share in their misery. That's when the blonde secretly began going to the drug store and buying all the dieting pills she could get her hands on. Taking them in secret for weeks than months until a year had passed. Always exercising wanting to burn non existent calories. Get rid of the fat that was never there to begin with. She refused to eat her meals. Always making seem like she was eating or playing sick so she wouldn't have to eat. Her body beginning to change as it wasn't getting the food or nutrients it needed.
While she was at war with her own body, Misa was doing her best to retain her image. Be perfect. Act flawlessly. Set examples. Maintain her image. Looking through magazine articles and googling her name on the internet was a habit of hers. She wanted to know what people were saying about her. How they thought of her. She would buy out all the magazines and burn them, so that nobody could ever see her. She'd hire a professional hacker to delete all the media on the internet of her. When the managers approached and asked about her crazy behavior, all Misa could say was the voices told her to.
The voices played a bit part in her mind. They controlled all her actions. The food was poison so she should never eat it. All the chiefs and cooks the world had to offer were all out to get her. The media articles and magazines were lies and slander written by the paparazzi to fill the world with fake news about herself. "This world doesn't deserve you. Everyone wants to do away with the beautiful princess that has touched everyone's hearts. We must continue to erase ourselves from this toxic world we live in. Even if it means taking out all the sources one by one...."
An appointment had been made to get Misa checked out. After all she was considered a product and therefore must be taken cared of. She had refused to go see any doctor or nurse. That was when her world was about to change. Soon she was taken away by strange people she'd never seen before. She struggled to get out of their grasps. "Don't touch me! Release me!" Thrown into a back of a car, she reached for the handle of the door before hearing it unlock. "H-Hey....What is this? Unlock the door!" When the car was in motion, she knew she was in deep trouble. "Stop the car this instant! I want to get out right now!" Her voices came up enabling her to try and jump out of the moving vehicle. No matter how she tried, Misa couldn't unlock it. She couldn't escape. Her heart was racing as wide eyes looked around the evening wondering where the hell she was going. What seemed like the longest ride of her life, Misa was dragged out of the car and taken into some building. She had used up her energy trying to fight earlier and thus willingly went with them. Pushed into some foyer, Misa was put into a chair. The outside world had completely disappeared. This new world....Seemed intimidating, Frightening and dangerous.
"Don't worry beautiful, we'll get out of here soon enough. It's only a matter of time. You're not nor have you ever been crazy." Misa smiled slightly and nodded. "Thank you. I trust you."

She walks into the foyer. "Oh hello Miss Amane. I'm Alyson. You can call me what you like I suppose. I'm technically your doctor but that can be a bit intimidating to some. So you can call me Alyson." She says. "I must apologize for my late arrival. I was trying help someone with a problem. Are you ready to go to your room?" She says softly with a kind smile.
