Shirai Ko walks into the foyer with his hands cuffed behind his back and a dark glare on his face. the bags under muddy blue orbs add to the effect of the fixed glare, visually angry. he did not want to be here.
with a sweep of his eyes, he scans the room, and spots a few people. the nurses, doctors, guards, and the occasional patient; otherwise whoever was meant to be in this room. upon seeing them, his mood and persona change completely. it was shocking how fast the air changed, and instead of a dark glare, was a cheerful and inviting smile. the bags underneath his eyes looked like they were from a lack of sleep, and a possible drug abuse, though it was hard to tell. his hair and clothes were a bit disheveled, showing signs of a struggle.
if he was being transported by someone or a guard, they would be standing behind Ko, though he did not pay attention to them, instead walking forward to greet the nearest human being.
"hello, my name is Shirai Ko. it is nice to meet you." he says with a shallow bow, the slight german bump of his nose a bit more noticeable at the quick angle.
Dr. Leigha Amerson had been told she was to meet another patient in the foyer, one named Shirai Ko, according to the file she'd been given. Clipboard and file in hand, she made her way to the entrance foyer with a few, brisk strides. She asked one nurse where he was once she entered the foyer, without even bothering to look around. The room was large, and finding a specific person was like searching for a needle in a haystack. "That way. He's bowing to one of the other nurses," she responded, before walking off.

Dr. Amerson made her way over to who she supposed was Shirai. The nurse he was bowing to looked confused, as if unsure how to respond. The doctor cleared her throat. "Hello, Mr. Ko, sir. I am Dr. Amerson, and I have been assigned as your doctor during your stay here at Vesania Asylum," she said in a cold tone.
Ko is charismatic with his replies, though not the most enthusiastic as one could get. he smiles slightly, not a grin, but an almost-gentle smile. "oh, well its nice to meet you, Miss Amerson." purposly getting the Doctor's title wrong, he bows to her as well, his low voice somewhat similar to a tired smoker's. his attention had completely shifted to the doctor, paying no mind to the nurse he was previously confusing.
after the quick introduction, Ko reaches his fingers up to scratch his wrists as he walks forward with confident steps, "and where are we off to this fine evening?" he asks, though clearly it was not a fine evening. it was quite gloomy outside, with a slight drizzle; the sun was not shining, and the clouds were quite gray over the building, matching the building's color scheme quite well, actually.
turning back to look at the Doctor, he raises an eyebrow in interest, "to my livin quarters? or perhaps some place else? please do enlighten me."
Dr. Amerson had only known Shirai for a short while, but he already irked her. "Nice to meet you as well, Mr. Ko," she said, holding back a correcting remark., as he had gotten her title wrong. She watched as he bowed to her as well, she supposed it was customary wherever he was from. "As for where we're going, that would be your living quarters. You may wander around a few places within the facility, of course, but for now I will be showing you the way to your room," she explained, her tone cold and professional, lacking much emotion.
"ah, wonderful, wonderful. lead the way, Miss," he says taking a few stes back and pointing an elbow in the direction of the halls.
the cold tone of the doctor was very amusing to Ko. he was esspecially exited to make an attempt at cracking the shivering persona; well, rather, several attempts. he could assume that there was so many fun people in this place, and could not wait to interact with them. just thinking of the possibilities made his mouth water, and his eyes glint with a dark mischief; though it only showed for a split second if you could catch it. for it was replaced with his charismatically bullshitting persona.
as he walked down the halls, he scratches his wrists yet again. once the cuffs are removed, you could see evidence that it was a habit.
Dr. Amerson began walking at a brisk pace towards Shirai's room. "It's this way," she called to him. He'd begun walking down one of Vesania's many halls, and it happened to be the hall in which all of the doctors and nurses had there offices. As she glanced back at him, she noticed his wrists were rather chafed, and he seemed to have a habit of scratching them. The doctor made a note of this on her clipboard.
ko walks carefree through the halls, eyelids low as he glances at every room. he falls behind a few steps when a room catches his eye. there seems to be an argument going on; though his intrest quickly disipates, and he continues to follow the doctor.
he yawns and reaches up to rub his eye, but he remembers that hes cuffed, instead trying to use his shoulder and only succeeding to rub his cheek. he huffs in frustration, and gives up, opting to just follow the Doctor to where ever they were going.
((I apologize if I step on toes here. But I'm going to try and help out here))

"Oh Dr. Amerson. I'm glad I found you. You have a phone call on line 3. It seemed pretty urgent. I can take care of..." she reads the chart and looks over at him with a friendly smile. "Shiai is it?" She says softly. "Why dont you follow me. I'm Alyson, a doctor here. The sooner we get you into your room the faster we can get those irritating cuffs off okay?" She says as she slightly quickens her pace. "Oh, I hope I'm not moving to fast, please let me know and I will slow down." She says before turning to her right and pointing down the hall. "We are almost there. Your room is right at the end here if you will follow me." She says as her heels click with each step and her pony tail sways back and forth.
thank you, so much- sorry for the late reply, i stopped checking for a while))

his interest is peaked when another doctor aproaches, and notifies Miss Amerson that she is needed elseware. a bitter thought crosses through his mind, the fact that someone could be more important and him ruffled his feathers, but he shoves the thought away, instead flashing a small charming smile to the new doctor.
"Shirai, actually," he says briskly before continuing with his introduction. ", but you may call me Ko. it is nice to meet you, Miss." he bows to her as well, and feels like he might've done this to her before, though he pays it no mind.
he nods, the cuffs were indeed very iritating, and follows her through the halls. a small noise of disagreement (m-m) is all that comes from him when she expresses her concerned tone, keeping up to her pace with no problem.
after taking the turn around te corner, another thought crosses his mind, as do many.
she was a beautiful young lass, and he couldnt help the urge of mischief, stepping forward to take a whif of her hair. he was hoping for a flustered, if not startled reaction. after all, who could withstand all this charm, he thought.

oh, i am not by any means tryig to trigger anything sexual, he is just a very mischievious person who likes to tease and play with people.))
((ignore this))
((Lol dont worry! Play your character how they are meant to be! I love your rp style already!))

"I apologize for not saying your name correctly. Ko is a nice name." She says with a bright and kind smile. She read sophistication and of power and yet was kind. Her walk was strong and she seemed important.

Her hair smelled of lavender as well as a hint of sweet coffee. She slowed down as he smelled her hair and raised a brow. "Is something wrong Ko? If you like my scent I could just tell you what I wear silly." She chuckles softly not realizing it was to get her flustered. She was afterall, very oblivious to flirting and anything of the sort.

She then let down her hair and shakes it in what almost looks like slow motion. She puts it back up as she does this when her ponytail is falling out. "Alright, we are at your room!" She says softly as she opens the door with a smile.
her reaction was not one that hed expected. most girls he interacted with would call him creepy or disgusting because his hygene wasnt up to their standards, or his face was just not to their liking, some even slapping him for his odd behavior.

she did indeed smell lovely, and he stood there stunned for a moment to watch her let her locks fall, only to be tied up yet again. quickly, he mentally shakes himself back to composure, pulling an easy smile if she is to look back at him.

he doesnt reply to her previous comments before entering his room and turning his cuffs to the lass for removal. "what do you use?" he asks with genuine curiosity, and wonders what he could get his hands on in this place.

thanks! i really enjoy yours as well, and your character isnt steriotypical. do you know when to move to the rooms forum? im not exactly sure how this works))
((I'll let you create it so it's not lost in chat perhaps? If that's chill! Just let me know when you did or I may miss it!))

She smiles back at him as she walks into the room. "Come on in. I wont bite." She chuckles as she takes out a key and removes the painful cuffs away. "There we go! You should be feeling better. Do you need me to take a look at your wrists? They are a bit red." She says with concern.

"Oh, I dont use anything special. Just a lavender blend shampoo and conditioner... I probably smell like coffee too but that's just because I love coffee so much. If you like the lavender scent I could send in a request for you. Or i suppose if you have a different smell you desire, I could try to get you that one as well." She says with a soft, kind smile.

She then shuts the door as she looks at his wrists hoping they were alright.
((Oh and thank you! I like to make my characters (some anyway), oblivious little beans))
