"I can walk on my own, thank you very much." Maxine shouts as the doors swing open and a young girl enters, pushed in by two officers who were gripping her. She was handcuffed, for her own safety but she didn't seem to mind. She didn't even try to resist the two men but instead she started getting annoyed at how rough they were handling her. Her ginger locks were all over her face and she was still barefoot. Walking in the cold snow didn't seem to have an effect on her, but her feet were dangerously cold. Unfortunately for her, in her long life she never found a way to actually die. She tried to explain to the man that brought her here that she was immortal, but she figured the information was too much for him, or maybe the sarcastic remarks she kept throwing at him.
As the two men pushed her, she almost tripped over the steps. "Just get your hands off me, I can walk on my own." She yells once again but the officers seem to ignore her. "Is this your first time touching a lady, sir?" She asked looking innocently at one of them. "This is not the right way, I assure you." She adds as she tries to pull away for the first time since she got out of the car, taking the officers by surprise. She gets loose and in a matter of seconds the handcuffs are on the ground, still locked. Massaging her wrists, she looks around, admiring her surroundings like nothing happened.
"Okay, so now what? Am I in some kind of nuthouse? Just for some snow?"

Nightfrost looked up from her clipboard as she heard the girl shout. Humming slightly as she watched this, it was a surprise to see the handcuffs on the ground. As she walked over, she introduced herself, "Hello, welcome to Vesania. I'm Night, one of the nurses here. Are you Maxine?" She asked, looking at her form for new arrivals that were supposed to come in this week. "I can give you a tour of the facility, or I can take you straight to your room. Whichever you prefer." Offering a kind smile to the girl, she then added as more of a remark to the officers than Maxine, "Don't worry though, I won't be dragging you around."
((Sorry that took so long for me to reply!))

Turning around, Maxine saw a young woman holding a clipboard. She huffed as she looked her up and down, remaining quiet for a second. Turning her head around, she could see the two officers quickly exiting the building. "Why am I in a mental asylum?" She asked looking back at her. Manners weren't something Maxine often used, so she didn't bother answering the nurse's question. She knew exactly what she did, but she loved acting clueless. It made people believe that she was weak and easily predictable, but that wasn't the case.
(It's totally fine! I actually have a couple questions, can I ask them here or shall I PM you?)

(There’s a question forum OOC, or you can PM me! Whichever you’re comfortable with If it’s something you want to keep a secret about your character then I’d suggest PM)
“People were just concerned about you, so we’ll be making sure you’re safe. After they found you in the snow, it became a concern about your health.” Nightfrost explained, “Would you like me to take you to your room or give you a tour?” She asked again, hoping to help Maxine get familiar with her surroundings. Being used to all sorts of different behaviors, it didn’t seem to phase her at all.
