Ella let her eyes close resignedly as the priest who held her by her arm pushed the doors open. She couldn't believe they would have taken it that far, to put her in an asylum accusing her falsely of being insane, only to get rid of her once she had tried to access some secret documents hidden in the libraries of the basement floors of the Vatican.

She just waited patiently while the priest took care of her registration in the centre speaking to the receptionist and trying to convince her that Ella was actually a very dangerous person, that her hallucinations had leaded her to commit crimes such as theft and even murder. Both of them were lies though. She had never planned to stole anything and she had been also framed for a murder she hadn't committed.

Once he would finish with her registration he stepped towards her pulling her close enough for their faces to almost touch. Ella's glare pierced through him but she stayed quiet and didn't struggle. "You'll never make it out of this place.." He said, so lowly that only would be audible for her.
"We'll see about that." She replied then and pulled herself away from him, trying to get mentally ready for the situation she was going to find inside. She'd have to deal with actually insane people, not to mention she'd have to prove to the doctors that she was sane.

She took one last glance at the doors from where the priest was already making his way out of the building. She needed to remain strong, otherwise she would never recover her freedom. Taking on deep breath in she turned back to the corridor in front of her hoping to be received by any doctor or nurse she could explain her situation to. She wasn't so naive to think they'd believe what she'd tell them at first but she hoped someday they would. Until then she'd have to spend her days in Vesania Asylum.
She walks in. Her heels clicking as she made her way into the foyer. "Ella I presume?" She asks as she looks at her ipad. This had all the info the priest had told the receptionist.

She holds out her hand. "My name is Alyson. I just so happened to be the closest doctor! So, I may not be your permanent doctor but I will help show you around and hopefully get a chance to get to know you." She says as her blue eyes are warm and friendly. "Would you like a tour or just head straight to your room?" She asks with a soft smile. She removes her glasses and places them in her pocket.
Ella's dark blue eyes met the young woman's sky blue ones. She couldn't hide the relief she felt to meet a doctor that didn't look like the typical old strict man who wouldn't even give a supposedly insane patient one chance to explain themselves before giving them their meds. It made a small smile draw on Ella's lips but it was a rather bitter one. This was the best situation possible given the circumstances but that didn't change the fact she was locked up in a madhouse now.

"Honestly, a tour around sounds great... I really wouldn't like to be alone right now." She said trying her best to return the warm smile to the young girl before taking her hand to shake it as an introduction even though the young woman already knew her name and all the other info the priest had given. "It is very nice to be received by a friendly face" She commented. Even if she might not be her permanent doctor at least her first meeting in this place had been with a nice kind looking lady.
She had her hair up in a ponytail. "Well, I know theres stuff on this chart, but I dont base everything on here because of someone else's words. Just so you feel more comfortable, I'd like to get to know you one on one." She says softly as she motions her to follow her.

"Oh, and feel free to ask anything youd like." She says as she begins the tour. She starts at the cafeteria. "This is where you'll go to eat." She says as she stops so she can get a feel for it.
Listening the doctor's kind words about not believing that all the information about Ella could be written on a patient formulary, she let a slightly brighter smile draw on her lips. She felt relieved , they were actually going to listen what she had to say and that was one very good start. Maybe they had made the mistake of putting her into an Asylum that was in fact a good one, one where patients wouldn't be mistreated or ignored, one where they'd be helped.

Feeling less tense now Ella followed Alyson's steps to the cafeteria. It actually looked nice, she couldn't have asked for a better one. There were some other patients in there but none of them payed special attention to them. "It... looks nice.." She confessed giving the young doctor a small smile.
"I'm glad you like it. If you now follow me, we can go outside for activities. We offer pretty much the basics. Music, art, martial arts but it's also called anger management, hmmm well I'm drawing some blanks but if you want something we do not have, just ask and I'll see if I can get it." She smiles softly as the courtyard was pretty big.
She nodded following the young woman outside to the courtyard. She would have liked to focus on how well taken care of the grass was or that the benches were in a good state and that the place was actually huge but her eyes locked on the high walls that surrounded the place. She had almost forgotten where she was . Of course such high walls would be necessary for keeping the patienst from escaping but the sight of time made a lump form on her throat. Her eyes then lowered to lock on the floor as she tried to conceal her sadness. "S-so many activities..." She commented trying her best to not let the feelings slip outbon her voice.
She notices a sad tinge in her eyes. "Well, these activities can also be held inside." She smiles as she then heads back inside. After showing her around She stops.

"There are rules of course here. Two very important ones besides the obvious of not hurting others here. One, never go up these stairs. It holds our most dangerous patients. The mass murderers and the likes. Most dangerous being a little girl named Sea." She says as she then walks a little ways away and points at a door labeled Basement.

"Second rule, you may never enter here. Employees only. It's mostly just storage supplies but still." She says with a smile. "Now, any questions for me?" She asks softly.
Ella just nodded now as she was deep in thought not even listening , automatically letting her body follow the doctor's steps until they were inside. Only when Alyson stopped Ella's gaze moved to rest on her, finally paying attention.

It was a good thing that, despite the priest's words they wouldn't have placed her among the dangerous patients , she had to be thankful they'd know better than him. So those patients were upstairs, she'd take good note to never go up there then, the last thing she wanted was getting hurt by one of them. One thing though made her eyes fix on the doctor's with curiosity. A little girl was the most dangerous patient? That sounded strange. One would have thought the most dangerous would be the typical big man mass murderer from the new german S.S. or something, but a little girl?

"This girl Sea... what makes her so dangerous..?" She asked innocently. If the doctor couldn't give her that information she'd understand , but she couldn't help being interested. Just in case she'd meet her someday.
"Shes 16 now but if you heard about that town who lost all of their citizens over night, then you probably read they vanished. Actuality, a little 8 year old girl murdered them all. She was thought to be the only survivor at first, so a cop brought her to the hospital... she woke up terrified. Not knowing where she was. They had to restrain her. Once they realized the blood on her was not her own, they put the pieces together. Once they went back to the gory horrific site... well all the evidence was there. Including video footage." She knits her brows and sighs.

"I just couldnt imagine a little girl doing all that but shes been here since she was around 8 or 9. She lashes out around people except her doctor really. Randomly gets injured in ways we cant explain. Expressionless and the whole creepy package really. She looks like a skinny angel with her crystal blue eyes and bright blonde hair but she... she is interesting to talk to." She says as she cant understand why someone She knew was dating her. And yet, love is love.

"Any questions there?" She asks softly as she smiles a little.
In all honesty Ella was surprised a doctor would be allowed to give that whole bunch of information about one of the patients and the reasons why she had been locked up , but hearing this story made shivers run up her spine. So she actually was dangerous, she'd have to stay away if she didn't want to get mixed with someone so... twisted. "I see.." Was all the reply she gave to the horrifying story the doctor had told her.

She was intrigued about the whole prohibition about going into the basement but she knew better than getting herself in so much trouble, after all she needed to prove she was sane and leave this place as soon as possible. So she asked the only logic question she could think would be useful for her. "Has anyone ever left this place?" The way she asked it looked like she was asking if anyone had escaped and realizing how it sounded she decided to ask more specifically. "I mean, if someone has healed and gone out as a sane person... or is this one of those places where people stay locked their whole lives..?"
She was allowed to give information to others as long as it's not about their current state and personal info.

"Well..." she thought for a moment. "We are an asylum that takes on the troubled. Most do not leave, but that's not to say it doesnt happen. I know since I've been working here there have been a few cases that recovered and are living normal lives out there now." She smiles as she would tighten her ponytail. "We can continue talking once we get into your room if youd like." She says with a soft smile.
Ella listened to her every word now. She was determined to leave this place and to do it as soon as possible, which could be a dangerous thought in a patient. She wouldn't give any problem , or she'd try not to. She needed to prove her sanity after all. "Alright then." She nodded agreeing to being taken to her room even though she was a little afraid of being locked up there alone.
She smiles warmly as she leads her down the hall. "Right here is your room. Near your bed is a red button thatll alert me or your doctor if you need someone." She says as she opens the door. "Its not much but if you want something to make it more homely them you can request it and I will see if I can get it." She smiles softly.
Ella followed her without giving any sort of trouble or putting resistance. She would do what she had to to leave this place as soon as possible , but when the woman open the door of the room for her she felt a lump on her throat again. The room wasn't that bad at all , it was clean and even though it didn't have many things it was tidy, it was the fact it didn't have any windows , the lack of natural light what made her feel like a prisoner. With small steps she slowly walked into the room and once she was inside she turned to look at the young doctor again.

"T-there's actually something... There's a silver cross pendant I had to take off and leave by the entrance with the rest of my clothes... I'd really like to get it back, it has a big sentimental meaning to me.." She said, unconsciously bringing her hand to her chest at the place where the pendant used to be as if she was trying to grasp it between her fingers even though it wasn't there. "Thank you for showing me around and for being so kind to me " She added then trying to give her a small smile.
"Give me just a moment." She says as she exits to a cart outside her room. She picks up the package of her stuff. "You may have this, however if you disobey some sort of rule, I will have to confiscate it. Please understand, I mean to help you all get better. So sometimes I have to be the bad guy." She says as she hands her the bag. "I will need the bag back due to reasons." She smiles warmly before it brightens. "Well, I just hope you never have to see my 'bad' side. I will treat you as equal. That's just how I live my life." She says as she rests a hand over her heart.
After this display of power Ella could just nod her head. She could understand that even the sweetest doctor couldn't let a patient misbehave, it could be dangerous not just for her but for the other patients. "I won't give any trouble" Ella assured, and she meant it. She needed to get out of this place after all. When she received the bag she looked inside taking the silver cross pendant and held it against her chest. "Thank you.." She quickly put it around her neck immediately feeling safer and her fingers played with it a little as a small smile formed on her lips. Then she handed the bag back as she ordered.
"You may have everything in the bag, I just needed the bag. It's a safety hazard! For now, allow me to answer any questions you may have!" She smiles as she neatly places her items from the bag on her bed.
"Oh , thank you..." Having her clothes and personal items around sort of made her feel more comfortable. Then she watched the young woman for a moment. "Well... am I allowed to leave the room whenever I want or do I have to stay here and am allowed to leave for the meals..?" She aked then rubbing the back of her neck.
"Oh my apologies! I forgot to give you the information sheet! Here!" She smiles and hands her a time schedule that has all the meal times amounts activity times. "You basically can leave, come and go but must be back by 10. It would be helpful if you check in with me, since I dont know your doctor yet, with where you are going. However it's not mandatory unless your sheet tells me otherwise." She says as she tightens her ponytail.
