I. The nature of characters I write within this group, whether implied or explicit, urge me that I require people who join to be over 18 years of age. Please be honest before moving forward. That being said, I rather invite people whose characters are also over the age of 18 (backstories or flashbacks are green lit, but I rather not see anything relating to pedophilia. It's my most important limit).
II. Literacy is important: I don't mind taking certain scenes that may occur into messages where our characters can interact in private as well. I'm used to a discord setting, so if you would also like to write there or make a server there for us, please let me know
III. No god-modding. I have enough experience in writing that an auto-hit is allowed and more than welcomed / realistic. Please know how to read between lines and assess when this is preferred over a turn-by-turn scene. On that note, characters with OP abilities are a no no unless we discuss privately how and why some powers might still affect my own. In the case of my main OC, Nyura Saito, psychic abilities such as mind reading have no effect, however, he could potentially be susceptible to being a target of telekinesis.
IV. There is no strict plot that takes place in this group as I find it rather constricting. I also enjoy slice-of-life, so this is a rather laid back way of being in character and itching a need to write something without writing novella. As long as you're literate, I dont mind if responses are single lines, or two good paragraphs. Write as much as you feel comfortable writing without pressure.
V. My main reason for creating this group is to try finding writing partners I can consistently write with as well, off site or on site. As I've mentioned, I prefer discord since I could never get used to forums, so I'll see where this goes and adjust rules or concept from there. If you're a veteran around this website, I'm open to suggestions!
