Car 1 - RESTRICTED AREAAUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY
The cab unit is windowless and impenetrable. Ahead of the connecting door is a thin strip of sterile white antechamber, leading up to an immense wall of glossy black alloy with no visible handle or security panel in sight. It is absolutely immutable, indifferent and invulnerable to any attempt to bypass it.
Car 2 - BAGGAGE CAR & LAUNDRY ROOM
This car is as far forward as passengers will be able to go. If they attempt to break down the wall, they will see only the blank black panel mentioned above, and the wall will self-repair overnight. This car is essentially storage and laundry; all items scavenged but not currently in use will be stored here.
Car 3 - KITCHEN CAR
This car contains all appliances found in just about any kitchen from most realities. Scavenged food should be stored appropriately here, though the train will stock bland, generic types of food for sustenance.
Car 4 - DINING CAR
Several tables and chairs, all rearrangable, exist in this room. While it's primarily for dining, it wouldn't be unheard of for characters to play games or cards in here.
Car 5 - PARLOR CAR
Dining can happen in here, but it's more a lounge than a dining room. There's a bar, usually stocked, and plenty of comfortable chairs and chaises.
Car 6 - ENTERTAINMENT CAR
Given that not every reality will have reliable reception (or even compatible TV channels), the entertainment room is stocked with DVDs. There is also a Wii gaming system with a variety of games. Please note: there will never be a movie present that might puncture a character; all media related to present fandoms is absent from the train.
Cars 7 - 10 SLEEPING CARS
All four front sleeping cars (thus the F designation) follow the pictured layout (even though the image just lists the 100 rooms).
Car 11 - INFIRMARY
The infirmary is reasonably state of the art (at least for some time periods). Plenty of beds in case people get sick, and medication & treatments to take care of them.
Car 12 - MINI-KITCHEN
While this is not a full kitchen (it lacks a proper stove), it does contain several small appliances (microwaves, toaster ovens, coffee & espresso makers, blenders, etc) making it ideal for late-night snacking.
Car 13 - OBSERVATION CAR
This observation car, unlike the open-air one, is enclosed in sturdy glass. It's easy to see the current reality while being safely protected from it.
This would be the ideal place to go to be alone or to have a quiet conversation. There are windows to observe from, and comfortable benches across from each other.
Car 15 - LIBRARY CAR
The library is well stocked with books both fiction and non-fiction, from the train's native reality (Earth). Characters can find mysteries, thrillers, horror books, how-to guides, self-help books, biographies, world histories, romances, and so on and so forth. At no time will a book be present that canon punctures any existing characters, and should a character appear on board, all media referencing them will be removed from the train and the memories of anyone who has read it blurred.
Car 16 - PARLOR CAR
Dining can happen in here, but it's more a lounge than a dining room. There's a bar, usually stocked, and plenty of comfortable chairs and chaises.
Cars 17 - 20 - SLEEPING CARS
All four rear sleeping cars (thus the R designation) follow the pictured layout.
Car 21 - GYM CAR
The image doesn't do it justice. A relatively complete gym with weights, treadmills, stair masters, ellipticals, punching bags, and aerobic equipment.
Car 22 - POOL CAR
Two pools run the length of the car. The walkway is rubber to prevent slippage from any splashing.
Car 23 - OPEN AIR OBSERVATION CAR
Unlike the observation car closer to the front, this one isn't protected at all from the elements. Crossing through this part of the train in a rainstorm will render the walker wet. While it is open to the air, passengers will find they cannot throw things over the sides (though they can lean over or reach over slowly).
Car 24 - DINING CAR
Several tables and chairs, all rearrangable, exist in this room. While it's primarily for dining, it wouldn't be unheard of for characters to play games or cards in here.
Car 25 - KITCHEN CAR
This car contains all appliances found in just about any kitchen from most realities. Scavenged food should be stored appropriately here, though the train will stock bland, generic types of food for sustenance.
Caboose - CHANCE CAR
While the door to this car never changes, the interior of it does. The room inside can be nearly anything that could conceivably fit in a standard train car. From an exercise room to an entertainment room to an arcade to a library, from a spa-like bathroom to a swimming pool, this car provides and ever-changing source of entertainment to the passengers to help pass the time. The room is random and cannot be dictated by the imagination of the door-opener. The only catch is ... nothing found inside can be brought to the rest of the train.
