🌨 WEATHER ALERT 🌨

The days get colder, shorter, and everyone holds out for that first snowfall. Instead... on an early winter morning, mistletoe! The plants fall with the sunrise, as tired dancers head home from parties. They land on roofs with a soft 'splat', bounce off canopies, and land in people's hair and food (to be quickly picked out--please don't eat mistletoe, for your own safety!). There's immediate recognition from many Steppers, as a not uncommon occurrence from years prior.

The mistletoe builds up on the sides of streets, a bit like cottonwood in the spring, causing minor inconvenience for some transit. But the buildup isn't quite realistic to the amount falling.

It's enough to put some people in a festive mood! Maybe enough to spur people on to confess long-hidden feelings. Maybe... Punch someone?

Although the majority of the mistletoe bounces rather harmlessly off of people's heads, and any impulse to act on the mistletoe is *purely* the choice of the parties involved, a couple of the landing plants cause... A sudden urge to *start a fight*. Maybe they handed right in your face, and you were already having a bad day! Bad enough to start a Faction Squabble?

Looks like the mistleTOE is instead mistleFOE.

1-4: No effect. But maybe you think of a partner or possible partner fondly.
5: For some reason, that URKED you. Let's do something about it!
