Since the old Wiki is kind of a mess, it seems useful to keep it as an "old reference" and to use these forums to post "new" developments so we're not fussing around with it. To keep things streamlined, new threads will be preceded by a tag to show what is being spoken about (such as [Subfaction] for a new group within a faction, or [Minor Faction] for a new outside group). If enough threads get started, this post might be used to organize them.
