However, NPCs cannot be RPed alone in a scene (with special exception given to Moderators running events).

Bio:
Ollie and Cherene own a small, well-kept restaurant on the Purple side of Lightning St. near the Grooveline, surviving the proximity to Orange with the protection granted from the Mafia club. Occasionally, incident is avoided by serving UG when higher ups aren't looking.
Nervous, stuttering, and slight, Ollie is the face of the restaurant, while Cherene, imposing, stoic, and inhospitable, cooks in the back. Their restaurant plays non-stop showtunes, and is know for having great bacon.
Flirting with either member of the couple will result in swift aggression from their partner (even Ollie)

Bio:
Gemini owns one of the few animal shelters on the island and has since shortly after the War. With many potential dangers running a business in Square, they are probably decently capable or very lucky.
Most of the shelter animals are available for adoption, though there are some more powerful vibe animals that are not. Frankie Valentine can be seen occasionally walking this group.

Bio:
Andromeda is one on the Funk Mafia Elite.
With a dangerous and versatile vibe and extremely skillful swing dancing, she is one of Frankie Valentine's favorite dance partners.
She has a sharp temper and spiny exterior that keeps others away. She is keenly aware that she is often viewed as an accesory, and even obstacle, to ambitious steppers looking to get to Boss Valentine, and has less and less patience for disrespect of her position and abilities with each new slight.
There were rumors of her and Boss Valenting dating, but whatever that was has ended with them both on decent terms.
While she is NOT a dance instructor, she has been giving Harpur Eberhardt swing lessons as a favor to Frankie, and sometimes babysits her student's dog.

Bio: Standing at only 5'1", she doesn't cut the most terrifying figure- but don't let her size fool you. This pint sized stepper has been around the block more than a few times and tolerates No bullshit in her lightning street tattoo parlor, the Iron Lotus. A former roller bandito, she stepped away from the faction almost a decade ago following the birth of her child. She still holds some sympathy for other banditos, and will help out those who come by the shop.
Bio: A piercist who works at the Iron Lotus. Once a promising UG prospect, she stepped away from the faction in hopes of avoiding conflict. She stands taller than her boss at 5'8", and has a great fondness for changing the colour of her hair. Though her healing vibe isn't the strongest, she's happy to use it to help anyone who she can with it.
Bio: The middle child of the Daily family. A slender, but tall man who loves nothing more than to play music. Despite (or perhaps because of) the destructive power of his vibe, Maxwell prefers not to participate in actual dance fights, and has never really been fond of them. Most nights, you can find him at a bar called the Dove's Den, where he works as a pianist.
Though he makes a living playing the piano, he's also proficient in the cello.
Bio: The oldest of the Daily kids. At one point a powerful stepper for the funk mafia and a talented MMA fighter, this single dad now spends most of his time bouncing between parenting and bartending at the Dove's Den. The tallest of his Siblings at 6'5", he's still not afraid to throw down if push comes to shove, especially when it comes to protecting his friends and family.
In addition to the styles of dance that he practices, he's also proficient in playing the Double Bass.
Bio: A scrappy little outside-cat that never quite got the hang of living around humans, never mind inside buildings - and packs a mean electrical charge if anyone attempts to change that on any other terms aside from his own.
Cecille Gadhavi and Zeta Moreno have left a little bed for him outside on their patio (where he'll squeak happily at Bowie through the window, and lower-case-v-vibe with him on lazy days), and he has a tendency to lurk around anywhere and any district in order to snipe a nice treat or toy - or menace or play with humans or other pets.
Bio:
!!For UG eyes only!!
Shark Fin Sushi Stand: a well kept secret for islands best sushi- is owned and operated by a very large, tattooed and bearded man by the name of Raddox. It's a small restaurant on the UG beach boardwalk, opens after noon and closes after dark for late night club steppers. Menus posted outside the stand, and in plastic on the bar counters, theres small tables available for extra seating- but first come first serve. No Delivery, no reservations.
SFS serves various pirate themed maki, nigiri, sashimi, even some donburi. Beer and tea. Fish caught fresh by the owner, or sourced from farms within UG. Same with any veggies and fruits, direct from the UG farmers markets. Despite his rugged appearance Raddox is a talented chef, his menu changes frequently and he can cook up things off the menu for customers he likes.
Raddox doesn't leave the East Beach, he can be seen fishing in the early mornings and late afternoons when the stand is closed. He's a loud man, confrontational, and swift to put an end to any conflict happening around his stand.
He does not serve Funk Mafia (knowingly). Squares are welcome, and Banditos- but only if alongside a UG.
Bio: EIGHT-BIT is a manager at a hole in the wall Arcade named 'Pixel Paradise' in the Orange District. Brother to Benson.
Massive technology nerd with a powerful confidence. He can be found tinkering at the Arcade counter when not working on the machines. Doesn't tolerate FM presence and keeps a close eye on anyone whose not clearly UG. A safe spot for UG to hide out if they need to dip into the backrooms.
Pixel Paradise is a great place to hang out, we got some upgraded DDR machines for charging your vibes.
Vibe: Nanotech manipulation
Bio: Kip Bailey is Bonnie's child. They're a quiet, withdrawn kid, who shies away from strangers. They're obsessed with beetles, even though they've never seen a beetle in real life. At school, Kip is a well-behaved student who mostly keeps to themself. When they're not at school, they're at their mom's restaurant or at home, reading or drawing, lost in their own world. Bonnie tries to encourage Kip to be independent... but they're very clingy towards her.
Their Vibe is Weather Manipulation - When they start dancing, a small, puffy cloud appears over their head. Depending on how Kip is feeling while they dance, their lil cloud can produce lightning, sunshine, raindrops... Being only 7 years old, their Vibe is not powerful. But maybe, as they grow older and stronger, they could become quite a formidable Stepper...?
They're still learning how to dance and aren't tied to any particular style yet.
Bio:Rachel is a Funk Mafia paper-pusher: administrator, HR lady, accountant... this woman does a bit of everything. She's a timid misanthrope who mostly keeps to herself.
She is Bonnie's estranged twin sister.
She loves roller disco. She plays the acoustic guitar and piano. She only wears brown clothing.
History: On V-Day, young Rachel was separated from her birth family. One of the Mafia's Old Guard took her in and raised her as their own.
She's recently divorced after being with her ex-husband, Dmitri, for nearly 15 years.
Bio:
Vic is a local tattoo artist who cares not for faction politics. Covered head to toe in tattoos, she's always looking to get another somehow. She loves art, primarily of the drawn kind, and will go out of her way to put out as much of it as possible. She serves anyone who's got cred, and looking for her style on their body, just keep your business outside of her chair. She may not have a vibe, but she leaves her mark where she can. These days can be found in clubs with a certain Songstress, but wouldn't be unfamiliar with many women.
She is rumored to be a notorious artist that paints over any faction art in the RD, or on Lightning Street, regardless of faction.
Bio: G.A.B.I.E. aka "Gardening and Beautification Initiative Envoy" is a gardening bot located in the Purple district. She's been around the island since it's conception, being constructed with a UV lamp in her head to facilitate food growth in greenhouses on the island. On V-day however, she was given vibe and was also able to control water to a small degree. Throughout the conflicts, tearing down and rebuilding of the city, Gabie kept up her role of helping grow food and other organics to keep the city running. Over the years however, she eventually started a different project of her own.
Seeing the vast beautiful gardens and greenery in the Orange District, the modern and stark architecture of Purple really stood out. There were some parks and greenery, sure, but Gabie decided it needed more. She took it upon herself to grow the gardens and add to the beauty of Purple, growing colorful flowers (avoiding orange ones) and full bushes of berries that are not only pretty but safe to eat.
You can find her rolling around all across Purple tending to her various gardens on the wheels built into her legs, playing music out of the speakers on the sides of her head as she goes. If she catches you littering or treating her parks with disrespect, be prepared to get an unexpected shower and a stern talking to.
