The sickly green elk ran through the forest of bent and withered trees, it's hooves sparking ghost fires at every step. The creature stopped for a moment, it's red eyes scanning the area for several moments before spotting a young girl. It could sense something...natural about her, but was afraid of her all the same and ran.

(( The girl would be Ayaka, this is your topic for the time being.))
She wanted to go after it but she was trying to heal the forest....she gave up and chased after it.
" wait I won't hurt you!" she said as she followed it.
Ayaka had been everywhere trying to repair broken woods and healing what had been hurt.
She was kinda like mother nature and this...this hurt her inside.
The elk looked back to her for a moment before skidding to a stop and closing it's burning red eyes. The area around it began to wreath itself in mist which slightly obscured the strange creature. The mist seemed to call to Ayaka.
ayaka froze and looked at the druid.
" Please don't run away" She frowned. She touched the ground and plants started re-blooming she heard the mist
call out to her which frightened her highly.
From the mist came several vines, wrapping around themselves at squeezing the life out of one another as they fought for nutrients. The vines began to grow thorns as they continued to grow towards her.Several of them died, which only fed the others as they grew at extreme paces, but, while this should've seemed like a good thing, that plants were growing at such a quick rate, there was something...wrong about these vines. The way they grew was tinged by some form of magic other than the natural kind, and their thorns seemed to drip with poison, meant to keep other plants from growing. The plants were not meant to be on this planet, but yet here they were growing towards the girl with ever increasing violence.
ayaka without a second thought created a wall of vines of her own.
As she did she turned into a white wolf and backed up.
Her magic was powerful but this. This magic wasn't like anything she ever known of. This was new and dangerous.
As far as she knew. They needed to be destroyed...
The sickly vines recoiled as they sensed the natural feeling of Ayaka's vines. The mist cleared, and there at the center of the vines, sat the elk with the start of the vines on top of its head, as if growing from where antlers had been. It looked to her with mild curiosity before speaking to her mind," What brings you here, one with old nature?" it asked.
ayaka looked at the elk.
" I'm here healing the past" she explained.
" It pains me to see what was once alive is dead"
The elk snorted, tossing its head to rid itself of flies," But what once was dead is coming back." It challenged," And besides, who said you needed go heal us hm?" It asked, obviously enjoying the exchange of words. It looked up to the purple forest canopy, wondering at how long it has been since it had last had a good conversation.
" No one said but I hate seeing plants in pain" she said before turning human.
Her hair was now in a ponytail.
" I guess you can saw what was dead is coming back but, how much pain did it bear for it to actually come back? How much
did it go through before it was healed?" she asked
" What do you think I am hm?" It asked, drawing the last word out in a way that spoke of madness" I am one of those that had to come back, but when I did I was given extraordinary power, enough to defend myself. I was resurrected, and if you continue healing things before they can die, they cannot gain this same power. So, will you continue depriving them of this power?" It asked.
" i only do what I think is best" she explained.
" A power like the one you have is more dangerous than others. It is highly unstable and it's
unnatural. So no i'm not robbing them of this power I'm trying to save them" she said.
" After all how would I earn the name mother nature?" she asked
" Oh? But how do you know that what you think is the best is best? And my power is just as natural as yours, and is stable. Well, as stable as magic can be." The elk countered before asking incredoulisy," Save them? From what exactly? Power? A new life? A new purpose? And, who has given you the title mother nature? Certainly not me, or my kind."
She stared at the druid...it was right,
very right to begin with. She had become mother nature in a different time.
this wasn't that time anymore.
" my apologies" she said
