While Clarey is a rather green and nature surrounding town in general, aside from the public park there's also a big outstretched forest in the town's surroundings. Found in patches around the town, there's a sections of woods that anyone can take hours-long walks in. They're filled with typical forest creatures and there aren't any signs of humans touching the woods aside from the usual paths that get walked on and a treehouse here and there. Generally though, you won't see any nature getting destroyed.
In the top right of the woods, North-East of town there's a pond with fish that has a small cabin near it. The cabin doesn't have any power or electricity and rarely gets used but it does hold public fishing equipment. The rules of the town state that it's legal and allowed to fish there, however they do ask to only do it for sports and to toss the fish back after your activity.
There's walking and running routes and even mountainbike routes mapped out in the woods, which are marked by wooden poles in the ground that have colored lines painted on them.
