Finally...
After leaving Eden and Keiko to work things out Ryan had left to spend one last night in the beloved park, only to wake the next morning and abandon the small, flora based cove she had made for herself the last several days. She then ventured back down into the sewers to the Morlock's city to find Elsa and obtain directions to the new home she had been offered.. As she had the other night, the offer was put forward of help putting the cabin and greenhouse back into order, and Ryan was grateful to admit she would accept help from any who turned up. It was generous, considerably so, and with the directions provided she once again weaved her way through the sewers to emerge at the edge of the property. There, surrounded by a dense forest, stood a run down cabin and a greenhouse.
The cabin was shabby to say the least, though not in horrendous condition. Several patches would need to be made in the roof, the walls needed a good sand and paint, and the greenhouse would need a multitude of new glass panels to be efficient. It was the inside of the cabin that was in the worst shape- Rafters and supporting beams were weak and cracked, threatening to break under years of stress and wear.
Well.. Let's do this, Ryan thought to herself as she rolled up her sleeves and trudged into the cabin. "Wasn't kidding, was she?" the woman muttered to herself as she nudged a lone pine cone with her foot.
If anyone from the city below were to arrive to help, they would emerge to a rather overwhelming sight. The green woman herself was stood outside the cabin, her hand raised and twisting as if she were conducting a strange orchestra. Meanwhile the forest around her had come alive, branches winding and twisting in a symphony of leaves and wood. Branches had begun to thatch the holes in the roof so tightly that there was a high chance no further repairs would need to be made. Through the open windows the trees stretched, vines and branches winding snug around the beams throughout the modest building, breaking off to solidify their hold on the structure. Cracks in the windowsills were filled with tendrils of vine, and the trees were clearing debris from the yard around the woman.
