What is a Morlock?
More appropriately who are the Morlocks. In Earth-617, the Morlocks are a sub faction of mutant beings that have physical mutations that prevent them from adequately hiding/integrating with modern human society.
They often have huge physical abnormalities, disfiguring powers or maybe look normal enough but shun the surface world.

What are the Morlocks in this timeline like?
The Morlocks of Earth-617 were founded and put together by a EDE version of Elsa Chloe.
This group is in its very early years of existence, at only five years young with a steadily amassing populace beneath the streets of Seattle, safe from anti-mutant groups and aggressive mutants with no direct affiliation.
The Morlocks of this world aren't so much renegades with a personal vendetta against the surface world as much as they are rebellious Robin Hood reminiscent characters just trying to survive and protect others of their kind.
