The Beginning:
In the hills of a forgotten land, buried deep in the valleys lay a small community, a village if you will. A simple, almost backward people lived there, virtually medieval in their outlook. This small farming community remained untouched for eons; giving birth to generations upon generations of simple folk; blacksmiths, farmers and the gentle kind.
Their lives were forever changed one day, when a young trio of three stumbled upon this land; husband and wife and son. Upon this peaceful yet bustling world they brought whispered promises as well as the shine of gold, the glamour of weaponry and the security of religion. Within days they had these common folk slurping out the palms of their paws and from this day on they had a security and paradise of their own with the naive blessing of the locals. Years passed, the community flourished though the hierarchy was structured around this growing family which was now five sons strong. Though it was the husband and father who made his mark. B'Jor Beorne, renouned warrior of Kasuria and Raptor-Lord to royalty. He was powerful in stance and even stronger in spirit with eyes that could cause grown men to confess their souls in an eruption of tears.
Within time, this man formed a council of those trusted and from this trade grew, folk flocked to join this haven and under the husband's command a band of fighters were formed, first named ‘The Revivalists’.
Humans and diverse citizens would occasionally arrive, but these fleshlings and strangers would be driven away with stones from every united paw, or even, hunted. Such was the power of the husband’s wish and word.
This esteemed family soon grew, five sons soon becoming ten, yet no word of a daughter. The sons of the important male grew in faith of their own character: allowed the freedom of Lords with the responsibility of their birthright, yet as moral luck would have, some of the sons had different ideals from their autocratic father. Such is the simplistic beauty of idealistic youth.
With the up-rise of trade the notion of travel some became available to all and much to the chagrin of the husband, one of his favorite sons expressed such a desire. Often the males of the family were pushed into military fractions of the flourishing community under the careful eyes of elder siblings, often joining the ranks of those fighting in the war against the Drakorians.
Throughout time, the continuation of this powerful family would grow, sons and daughter's carving their way in the world...

Droldenbane: The Location
Set in Symbidia, south west of Kasuria. To the West, beyond the sea is Haarfanga. Droldenbane is around three days ride to Malgrave, the capital of Kasuria.
A peaceful and beautiful land this was, meadows and chaste forestry untouched by the spoils and ruins of glittering lifestyles like a snow-globe, a perfect picture within its own bubble of unknown protection.
But then seasons change, and snow always comes to fall.
