Creepypastas, the Internet's urban myths and legends. Though the following to be mentioned are not of fairy tale-like stories narrating a heroes' or heroines' epic quests, or the telling's of ancient Gods and Goddesses blessing mortals with their wisdom, no, not these ones. Even if the majority of people might not have heard of the category, many know at least one of them by name...Slenderman...Jeff The Killer...The Rake...are only a few of the hundreds of others much like them. Hideous monstrous beings that hide under your bed, in your closet, behind the window curtain, in the reflection of a mirror, or that in your dreams don't begin to compare to the true horrors that stalk in the shadows of insanity, waiting to pounce the moment you accidentally turn to look at them. Trust that these myths and legends are vast in numbers, more dangerous than ever thought possible, and all occupy the same forest hidden away from human eyes- Slender Woods.
The silence is loud enough to drive the most stable person insane, the cold could keep the most frightened victim frozen solid, the darkness will deny exit to any that seek it, and the residents make sure to have it stay that way. The bone-chilling creeks and streams can send someone into hypothermia in minutes if one is not careful where they place their next step; sudden and steep drops alongside rolling hills have the power to break spleens and femurs faster than anyone could blink, let alone save themselves from the fall. Massive lifeless pine trees that long lost their beauty, now barren and holding a grey hue to the already darkened trunks, with dead pine littering all around the stiff ground below. The more 'nature-attuned' of the Creepypastas roam the woods freely to greedily feast and torment upon those who are unfortunate enough to enter said cursed forest. Those with some spare ounce of humanity and slim sociability inside them are given residency under their tall Master's crumbling ruin, which they take to calling home, that being Slender's Mansion. -
A cluster of Internet urban myths and legends united under one roof.

Setting
Many have heard of the tales of Slenderman; the tall faceless stalker of woods adorned with a tuxedo. What many might not have heard of is Slender's Mansion, located deep within Slender Woods.
Slender Woods is said to be located somewhere in one of the many forests that occupy the U.S- but some have speculated it to be somewhere in Northern Canada, or even a pocket-dimension that only Creepypastas or those associated with them can pass through. Regardless of where, the forestry itself consists of tall pine trees and a severe lack of animals or insects, with a constant grim tone to the surroundings, somehow always a little darker than it should be. Pages created by the Proxies for their Master litter a decent amount of said trees. Seedeater and the Rake roam these woods freely, the closest things to wildlife it can provide. There are a few creeks and streams as well as steep hills all around the area, all equally deadly during the colder months.
Far into these dangerous woods lays the real occupants of Slender Woods, residing within Slender's Mansion, the Creepypastas. From Slenderman himself to his Proxies, to Jeff The Killer and his female counterpart, Jane- to Eyeless and Laughing Jack, to the cursed game, Ben DROWNED, even to Sally and Lulu, and many, many more. The Mansion itself is grey in almost every aspect from the outside, grey walls of each three stories, grey pillars, grey fountain, grey barred fence, grey dirty windows, and looks old enough to crumble away at any given moment. The interior is a bit more lively; with newer furnishings in each decently sized room and tidied up a good bit, including a basement with many different other rooms inside it as well.

Our characters might bite, but we don't! Consider sending us an application after reading the Rules!
All replies in the Forums are currently me ( Creepypasta Creeps ) because the RP portion is currently in a conversation group right now for convenience, but I thought people looking to apply should know that it's active!
There is no direction for the roleplay right now! It's mostly just building character and having interactions- so we are open to suggestions for an idea of pathing to go down!
