land is sparse and rare to find, occasional islands with human or supernatural creature villages remain but the world has mostly been engulfed with deep waters where merfolk thrive! many small kingdoms rule over the 7 seas, while a high council oversees the 4 great oceans. many prophecies make up the lands history and old finfolktales. technology is very rare but with magic they have items similar to lights, phones, and other appliances that work underwater. fields of kelp and glowing undersea plants, vibrate coral reefs and shells make up for peoples houses, even castles made of sandstone.
