Dawn and dusk sat under a tree. this tree was located in a small grove, with a cottage and a garden built by them both. they both were the proctecters of this tree making sure that positive feelings were in balance. one day however they woke up To be in a totally different place unlike the one they had been before. there were trees all around the one that they proctected and the only difference from there tree to the others were the golden and black apples that grew on it. "where are we?" dawn aksed her sister as the both looked at the horizon
There was a human-looking guy, wandering aimlessly nearby. The lost fellow had on black armor with red cloth underneath, His hair black and his eyes red. Beneath his eyes were red tattoos. He looked unarmed, and didn't notice the two or their tree at first, and called out, hoping someone would hear him:

"Hello? Is anyone there?" He then promptly tripped on a rock, but summersaulted to recover. "Phew, I need to pay more attention-" He then noticed the tree, and the two beneath it, who probably watched what just happened, and stopped. He made no sudden moves, but managed to get out a simple greeting, unsure if they even spoke his language:

"Hello there... uh..."
heya weird human guy" Dawn called out to him. " do you know where we are?" Dawn asked getting up and dusk following her. they both were clearly out of place in the environment. " oh by the way I'm Dawn and this is my sister dusk" she said as dusk waved to him. " hello" dusk said quietly.
"To be totally honest," he began, "I'm not sure where his place is... I've never been here before, and I'm pretty sure this isn't Teyvat." He didn't bother to elaborate on where this Teyvat place was. "Anyway, I'm Arthur, of the Knights of Favonius. Pleasure to make your acquaintances." He stood straight, put his left arm across his chest, and then swung it to a roughly 30-degree angle out to his side. Based on his previous statement of being with a group of knights, this was likely some form of salute. He then relaxed, respectfully figuring they wouldn't reciprocate an unknown gesture.
Dawn smiled and stuck out her hands. " well let's make the most of this situation, I have apple pie in the oven right now" she said as she lead him twords the cottage. " don't spook the guest please my dear sister" dusk replied to her as she followed them inside. Dawn let go of Artur and smiled as she ran through the kitchen before dusk pointed to the chair. " would you like to take a seat?" she asked him as the bag at her side swayed from the force of her running.
"I suppose I could stay a bit..." He sat down, and took a glance around the cottage. "So, uh... how'd you get lost with your whole house, if I may ask?"

He felt dumb at first, then pondered how long they could have been there. He decided it was too much of a headache to think about, so he stopped thinking about that variable. He was still curious how the house is something they got lost with, however.
" I don't know sir, we just woke up like this" dusk said quietly jestering to the beds in the corner of the house. Dawn came back with an apple pie in her hands and 3 plates in her hand. " here's the pie!" she said setting it on the table. she cuts them all a peice and then looks at the pie for a bit. " you... you can handle magic correct?" she asked him as she puts a slice on his plate.
"Magic? I've never heard of actual magic, just the seven Elements and their Reactions..." He thought for a moment. "Though, my brother Albedo is an Alchemist, and a good one at that. He even taught me a couple of things with it."

He paused. "Is that gonna do something weird to me?" He seemed more curious than alarmed. In fact, he pulled out some sort of device, an odd glass with an ornate-looking ring around it, and peered at the pie through it to see if it held some elemental traces, such as Geo ((Earth)), Anemo ((Air)), Hydro ((Water)), Pyro ((Fire)), Electro ((Electricity)), or Cryo ((Ice)), seeing as Dendro ((Plants/life)) was somewhat of a given for a pie.

((The glass item here just reveals the elements as glowing colors where they are. So Geo is golden, Anemo is cyan, Hydro is blue, Pyro is red-orange, Cryo is sky blue, and Dendro is lime green. If it has traces of any of them, just say that the pie glows the respective color through the glass. If it doesn't have any particular element, just say it glows lime green.))
Dawn looked at him and sighed. “ you might develop wings or turn into a skeleton but other than that you’ll be fine “ she said as dusk shook her head. “Horrible idea sister” she said looking at her.
"Well, no use being afraid of a chaotic slice of pie." He takes a bite, chews, swallows, and... a little golden colored crystal ball embedded in a golden, winged ornament glows at his hip for a moment.

"Well, that wasn't intentional." He says just moments before looking at the chair, which he now sees has been turned to stone, a few glowing, amber-like chunks in a few spots. "That... also... was unintentional..." He slowly slides the fork, plate, and pie away from himself, towards the center of the table. "Maybe I should avoid eating strange magical foods in the future..."
They smile and sit down next to him. “ can’t be that bad” dusk said as she started to eat.
"The taste was good, but... I dunno, how often does this stuff react with an element to petrify a chair?"

He wasn't sure how to go about fixing this. He had never petrified something before, nor did he know it was a possibility. He seemed more panicked the more he thought about it. The strange crystal ball was the culprit, but what would he do about the chair? It was made into pure stone and condensed Geo energy, something he knew he could form with the help of the crystal ball, but he'd never turned existing material into this stuff before.
“Petrify “ dawn asked with some confusion. “I’ve never heard of that word but if it means what happened to the chair, then we can fix that. Happened to the last gaurdens intact”
