Adael sits on a bed in a dark room, staring straight ahead. West and Barame look at him from the doorway. West narrates: “He just sits like that all day. I have to order him to take showers, and eat, and lie down.
A close up on Adael’s face he has a blank expression. West narration continues: “It seems cruel to have him staring at the wall all day.
The next panel is a top-view of the street they live on. People are walking around living their everyday lives. West narration continues: “But it seems even worse to have him face the window.
There is a panel of a mystical landscape, a bright crescent moon and stars above jagged mountains, a massive golden square behind them.
West’s narration continues “The problem is, when a spirit is no longer needed by the summoner, they’re banished back to the magical plane.
Why would you want to keep a spirit here?
Confused
Angry
Vengeful.
Send it back safely to its home. Surely that is the kindest thing you could do.
Short of not imprisoning it to begin with.”
