Councillor Kelly and Quinn Blumenfeld stand to one side. The Councillor has long dark hair and is wearing a dark grey suit and a pencil skirt. Quinn is very pale and has dark hair in a manbun. He is wearing a navy blue suit and a tie. Kelly speaks, Mr Losay, a pleasure to meet you in person. Allow me to introduce myself properly. I’m Erin Kelly, Councillor of Archmouth. And this is Quinn, he’s the expert assisting us in this matter. He will be accompanying you to the site this evening.
West and Adael stand opposite them. Deadpan, West responds “No he isn’t.”
