Barame walks down the stairs of the boarding house, focused completely on his phone. He is reading the notification of the email in Ziran.
Barame (Thinking): Losay sent me an essay.
He puts the phone in his pocket.
Barame (Thinking): I'll answer him later. I don't have the energy right now. He's been so miserable since Adael fucked off.
Two police officers eat noodles in a street stall.
Radio: Calling all officers in District 10. An aggressive humanoid spirit has been reported in the 2nd avenue coin laundry.
Adael can be seen running down the street behind them.
The police officers are walking past the boarding house, passing by Barame as he walks in the opposite direction.
Officer: Rodger. We're close to the locale. Will check it out.
