Dog (continued): Whatever prize the General wants, Commander Lie also wants it. The fact that he's more charismatic doesn't make him the better option, it makes him the more dangerous option.
Dog turns to point at West, standing on the opposite side of the boat. West is startled.

West continues fishing, while Dog fumes in the background.
