An address to all citizens of the city of Highgate.
Two guild leaders have as of the moment stepped down, the leaders of the red light district and Fighter's Guild respectively.
Their replacements have recently taken up their mantles, here to bring their own plans for the city to fruition!
A demonic trickster by the name of Dealt has come to the stage, spreading his influence through the city's very own den of sin!
Meanwhile one Ganzorig Arslan has come to rule the fighter's guild. While no one's quite sure what to make of these new additions, it's certain they plan to leave their marks on the city!
