After much thought, I have decided to lower the minimum age to 20. This is due to my attendance at university.
I have also restored the link to the Paper Roses group on the Welcome page. The moderator BayLeafBard is also currently testing ideas for new banners, so the images at the bottom of the Welcome page will frequently change.
