"Welcome to the Ooc tavern. Don't mind me, I've just cleaned the floor and tables. With the dregs and crumbs, we don't want to keep the rats." :)

This wonderful tavern scene was beautifully created by Antonio J. Manzanedo.

Good Morning everyone and Happy Thanksgiving to those in the U.S who celebrate it today and this weekend. :)
Morning! Not a celebrator of it here but, may those who hold the day have a good one :)
Good morning everyone.

I hope you're all well.
Good morning everyone :)

Tired and very glad it’s Friday! :D

I hope everyone has a good end to their week and is able to get some rest over the weekend. :)
I have decided to lower the age restriction to 18+ for Mythic Realms and Paper Roses.

I'm perfectly good with that. It will permit talented young adult writers to join. :)
80% Introverted. 62% Intuitive, 57% thinking, 81% prospecting, 61% turbulent.

I'm a Logician?

'Fun facts about Logicians
Finally, here’s some cool data about Logicians from our research. According to our surveys, Logicians are the personality type most likely to...

...be more productive in the evening than in the morning
...become so immersed in something that they forget to eat or drink
...believe that news media is biased
...drift away into daydreaming and fantasizing about different ideas or scenarios
...mature faster intellectually than emotionally'

Why did they need to write 'cool data'? I'm indifferent, I don't believe it is 'cool'.

LOL. Seriously?!

Did it ask for your age?

Edit:

I'm a Protagonist. :)

Personality type: Protagonist (ENFJ-T)
Traits: Extraverted – 61%, Intuitive – 63%, Feeling – 67%, Judging – 69%, Turbulent – 56%
Role: Diplomat
Strategy: Social Engagement

Fun facts about Protagonists
Finally, here are some cool Protagonist insights from our research. According to our surveys, Protagonists are the most likely personality type to...

...know how others are feeling just by looking at them
...believe in karma
...actively volunteer
...defend someone who is being bullied
...consider themselves spiritual
My own results:
Advocate - Advocates are quiet visionaries, often serving as inspiring and tireless idealists.

71% Introverted - Introverted individuals tend to prefer fewer, yet deep and meaningful, social interactions and often feel drawn to calmer environments.

68% Intuitive -Intuitive individuals are very imaginative, open-minded, and curious. They value originality and focus on hidden meanings and distant possibilities.

54% Feeling - Feeling individuals value emotional expression and sensitivity. They place a lot of importance on empathy, social harmony, and cooperation.

75% Judging - Judging individuals are decisive, thorough, and highly organized. They value clarity, predictability, and closure, preferring structure and planning to spontaneity.

51% Turbulent -Turbulent individuals are self-conscious and sensitive to stress. They feel a sense of urgency in their emotions and tend to be success-driven, perfectionistic, and eager to improve.

Edit: Advocates (INFJs) may be the rarest personality type of all, but they certainly leave their mark on the world. Idealistic and principled, they aren’t content to coast through life – they want to stand up and make a difference. For Advocate personalities, success doesn’t come from money or status but from seeking fulfillment, helping others, and being a force for good in the world.

While they have lofty goals and ambitions, Advocates shouldn’t be mistaken for idle dreamers. People with this personality type care about integrity, and they’re rarely satisfied until they’ve done what they know to be right. Conscientious to the core, they move through life with a clear sense of their values, and they aim never to lose sight of what truly matters – not according to other people or society at large, but according to their own wisdom and intuition.
@Bay. You believe in karma only if I'm grasping the cricket bat. LOL
Karma. Definition. A fifty-year-old Irishman wielding a bat. LOL
LOL, :)

Falyn's an actual Cleric. :)
It's actually a bit scary how actuate some of it is with the strength; Creative, Insightful, Principled, Passionate, Altruistic and weakness; Sensitive to Criticism, Reluctant to Open Up, Perfectionistic, Prone to Burnout are, LOL. :)
Good morning. I hope everyone is well.

I find it amazing sometimes that some of your characters don't bathe when they are on an adventure. Hey, they don't even attempt to wash their face and hands!

Please remember, personal hygiene is important even for your character. I've been a DM for many years and when I had groups where non of the characters bathed then I would roll the dice and employ some interesting facts that would affect the character from bad breath to scabies, I'm not going to mention what can happen in the nether regions.

Also, be aware this attracts the enemy whether they're goblins or trolls.
:)
Good catch. Something I need to remember. Definitely not an intentional exclusion.
Good morning,

Doing well and happy to be getting closer to the weekend.

My characters attend to both their personal hygiene and biological functions (poo and pee) on a regular basis, though I won't go into extensive details about it. :P

In fact Lauriell my innkeeper has offered baths, your characters will have a chamber pot, bucket for the common room or one outhouse outside. :)

What concerns me as both a player and a DM are characters who are OPed or think they can hit anything every turn. Hence the reason I use dice. There will always be elements of luck involved as well as skill as far as I'm concerned. :)

Edit: Also I prefer realistic penalties to be applied depending on armour class, dex/agil, injuries suffered or other physical disabilities/hinderances characters may have.
I think for me, it comes from previous platforms where a lot of stuff like personal ablutions, washing the self/clothes etc is done 'off screen' or in what is regarded as downtime to the point where I honestly vaguely remember there even being a rule against mentioning it, and it being implied. Working on adjusting from that.

Morning all!

Preparing to DM my first Dungeons and Dragons short campaign/probably an extended one-shot tomorrow.
When I first began D&D we had a strict DM. You had to keep your character clean and healthy when you had the opportunity. I can understand the difficulty when investigating a dungeon all day but as soon as camp was made it was 'Get washed you dirty scruff!" LOL

Good luck with your campaign. :)
