GANGS
The most powerful gangs in Los Sueños are the Colombian Cartel, the Moreno Family, and the Mongrel MC. Each has their own home turf and vie for control over the dense urban sprawl between. Other, smaller outfits exist all over the city trying to make a name for themselves, either by clawing clout back from the main gangs or by finding a spot to call their own.Fights erupt nightly in the dodgier neighborhoods and the drug running business never stops, never mind gun trafficking to top it all off.... meanwhile the LSPD can barely keep its own in line long enough to get a hold of the rampant crime spreading from a few rotten local precincts.
