  • Irrisen Valley

Irrisen is nestled in the valley of the Kazor Peak Mountain Range that spreads from the north to the west and is made up entirely of humans. A fresh water river flows through the valley, giving the people who live there endless resources and abundant crops. Their leadership is done democratically, giving everyone a chance to voice their opinions on matters while also assigning leaders who speak on behalf of their village. The crops and livestock are tended to deep within the confines of the valley walls, making it more difficult for anything nefarious to happen to them.

Humans are quick to fear when it comes to lycans, vampires, and demons, and will sooner cause harm to any one of them than ask questions. Other creatures should be warned before getting near Irrisen Valley that fear is one hell of a motivator.
  • Numeriune Hills

The lycans of Numeriune are generally belong to a handful of pack based territories. While they are not territorial among each other in town (public spaces are shared between pack members and are quite civil), they are very community minded and often hunt in the Amhuinn Forest with their packs. Crime is rare, as acting in any way that could hurt one's pack is highly frowned upon.

Numeriune is a coalition of states (each pack dominates each state) made up of villages, dens, and farmlands. While they have farmlands, lycan packs hunt for much of their livelihoods.

Each pack shares certain characteristics that are beneficial to their region and way of life. Those living closer to mountain ranges resemble a grizzled Timber wolf, while those in hotter climates and desert regions take on more jackal and coyote like forms.
  • Sanguinia

Sanguinia is chiseled into the base of the Sanguine Mountain Range that spreads from west to north and is home to the vampires. Being within the mountains, they have access to large deposits of silver, something unknown by the lycans. In the summer, a steady stream flows down from the melting ice caps, giving the vampires a source for water without having to travel through the forest and to the lake in the dreadful sun. In the winter, they must suffice with recurring trips to Elorayon Lake if they need water. Not for drinking, of course, but for steam, magic, and bathing. Their kingdom is the most advanced among the regions, a testament to their long lifespans.

The vampire hierarchy is established by three covens, the leaders of which routinely getting together to discuss Sanguinia's next moves. Nothing is done without the leaders' say so.
  • Amhuinn Forest

The Amhuinn is a temperate forest, with a mix of deciduous and coniferous trees depending on the region. The forest changes with the seasons, and is abundant in game, resources, and magic. All the races rely on the forest in some way for their livelihood and prosperity.

It is situated right in the centre of the major races that reside in Gravendal. To its north: Humans of Irrisen Valley. To its east: Lycans of Numeriune. And to its west: Vampires of Sanguinia. The forest floor is covered in white flowers on the north and east side bordering Irrisen and Numeriune. As one heads west toward Sanguinia, the flowers begin to fade to red, until it is entirely covered in the red flowers that surround the vampire kingdom.
