A girl stands at the edge of the desk, dressed in a bright, frankly noisy, set of layered clothing. She holds her hat in her hands, twisting it nervously.
“Uhm… hello!” She squeaks, bouncing on her toes. “I’m Lynn.”
But her odd clothing wasn’t the most odd thing about her. It was herself. From her skin to her eyes, she was grey. Not even a pinch of color, except for a sad attempt to use colored chapstick on her lips.
“I can.. uh..” Lynn sinks furthur into her collared shirt. “Do this.” She opens her hand to reveal a trail of fog emanating from her palm. “I’m not sure how to.. show you.. but it’s kinda like a shield.”
After a moment of silence, Lynn shakily hoists her orange bag on her shoulder and walks out, running her fingers through her dark grey hair.

Eyeless nodded to her, "Welcome to the academy..." Eyeless said, quiet as his voice was so.
Aegean looked up from his book, saw the greyscale young lady and raised his brow. "Hello, and welcome." He said, his thick british accent revealing, and then he went right back to looking at his book. He seemed more interested in reading right now...
