Founded in the heart of downtown Seattle, WA, in 1998, the Second Circle: Nightclub & Hotel has been a somewhat guarded secret from the general public. The Business plan since then has never changed; provide a safe place for those outcasts-human and non-human alike-to unwind and have fun, along with a safe place to rest.
Founded by Regis Filius Dulcis, not much is known of his past in the public eye. Those who meet him claim he says he's a "Concubus", though few humans believe his claims.
Many strange things happen in and around the club. Missing Person reports, unexplained deaths, paranormal and supernatural phenomenon. Who knows what else will occur in this corner of Hell brought to the Mortal Realm~...
