Yeah. Hope my writing sample wasn't too much for you ^^" I wasn't sure if you had a specific time period in mind, so I just chose a character and hoped for the best.
If you check the rules and guidelines, there is a timeline for you. It's a little odd because Disney sucks at Timelines, but if I had to pick one specific timeline, it would be leaning more towards late victorian era. 
Okay, so around like 1837-1901. At least that was the time frame that popped up when I googled 'Late Victorian Era'. Well, having Waverly fit in is gonna be interesting when the ball starts rolling for In-Character RP given the way I've written her.
You could always make an AU for her.
