Doll was currently at the local grocery store, picking up a few things for her mother. "Hmm, this is a good deal, should I?" She was mumbling to herself, staring at an aisle filled with boxed cereal. She'd..she'd be here a while.
Calan was with his father, shopping for the week. It didn’t take long for the black haired boy to roam off, potentially looking for grapes.. yummy grapes. Calan hummed the melody of a girl group song in his head as he strolled through the cereal aisle to get to his destination. He stopped dead in his tracks as he saw Doll, with her mother. he was possibly panicking
Doll took a box and stared it down, clearly thinking hard about this. She then shrugged and put it in the basket she was holding, she then glanced over and seen Calan.
"Cal!" Doll exclaimed, a big grin on her face. She had forgotten all about groceries now.

To say Calan was freaking out was a definite understatement. He gave a nervous laugh as his eyes darted side to side. did he look okay? did he show up at the wrong time? maybe she didn’t wanna see him at all! He quickly shook off those pestering thoughts, giving the girl a friendly smile. “Hey Doll! How’s it going?”
"Good! Just pickin' up some things for my mom!" Doll gestured to the basket, which had only the cereal at the moment. "What about you? What brings y' here?" Doll asked curiously, completely unaware that Calan was freaking out.
Calan couldn’t help but smile hearing the others voice. Ugh, that’s so corny.. He quickly snapped out of his swooning, shrugging his shoulders. “Just decided to come along with my dad! He’s moving like a turtle so i decided to wander off.” He responded.
Just then, another boy from his basketball team came strolling by. “Ooo~!” The boy teased. “Calan and his girlfriend are on a dateee~!”
“Shut up!” Calan hissed, embarrassed as he quickly punched him in the shoulder. He quickly turned back to Doll. “Hehe, not sure who that was!” Calan lied.

Doll laughed at the turtle thing. "My mom's like that in clothing stores, she will stare at one rack of clothing foreeeeeever!"
She blushed a bit when the basketball team boy teased, but she didn't say anything. Surprisingly, she was good at hiding her flustered-ness to some extent.
"He sure knows who y' are though!" Doll snickered a bit. "Y' sure y'don't know 'em?" Doll poked Calan's arm, cracking a smile on her face.

Calan attempted to hide his red face, his eyes darting side to side. “No clue! Hehe..” For some reason, once Doll poked his arm, Calan burst into giggles, looking away from Doll. “Anyways.. What typa cereal are ya looking for?” he asked, keeping his composure.
