The below provided list of information is only common occurrences, it is by no means the extent of odd things that happen within these walls.

The Sounds
There is a wall with nearly two hundred bells in the kitchen that are primitively wired to their corresponding rooms, whether it be a bedroom or a lounge or the ball room. It is common to have a service bell rung for a room with no residents inside.
Quiet, almost indecipherable music echoes in the Grand Ballroom, the source unknown.
A few phonographs still in decent shape linger in a handful of the lounges and bedrooms, they will play soft tunes at will.
Radios play at random and typically do not remain on the channel they’re set to.
An unknown woman’s voice can be heard singing unfamiliar songs, in the room just next door or around the corner of the hallway. This woman is never located.
Disembodied whispers accompany persons left lonesome for too long.
Loud, startling crashes and bangs reverberate with no source of the sound and nothing physically disturbed.
Full bellied laughter rumbles down hallways or fills the Theater.
Pitiful sobs heave in empty rooms.
Dreadful, sickly coughing disturbs the nights.
Breathing. Wheezing, painful gasps or quick, rapid panting.
Scratching. Nails against walls, on the other side of doors, beneath beds.
Footsteps. They follow along behind, they stomp around overhead, they crash down the hallways, they give chase.
Montgomery House is old, it creAks and it groans.

The Sights
Lights will flicker, or go out, quite often.
Cellular devices do not work correctly. Incoming and outgoing calls fail, and the text messages that are received are jumbled and nonsensical. It is wise not to trust the voice on the other end of the line, if the phone call does go through.
The shadows here seem to not adhere to logic as it’s known. They stretch, they wiggle, they sometimes completely separate from their source and go about their own desires. Sometimes, there simply is not a source to the shadow at all.
Shadowy or foggy apparitions peek their undetailed heads around corners or out of opened doorways. Disembodied hands reach out from underneath furniture, or around door frames.
Figures watch over the grounds from behind dusty windowpanes.
Objects shift, fall over or sail across rooms with no physical prompting.
The water from taps runs coppery red for the first ten seconds.
Reflections aren’t always… right.
Peering into open doorways while passing by can be unpleasant. -
The Scents
The acreage surrounding Montgomery House is lush with the crisp scent of pine trees.
In autumn, the forest stinks of rotting berries and decaying, fallen leaves.
The rank musk of Bastard’s Bog lingers out front of the House.
From behind the House, the luxuriously floral fragrance of the garden emanates.
Certain bedrooms have particular and peculiar smells. Some smell of tobacco smoke, others smell moldy, one smells strongly of licorice, a few smell terribly metallic, a few less have the scent of women’s perfume.
The library is stuffy with the familiar scent of very old papers, and light notes of tobacco. The air in the study almost tastes of bourbon on the tongue.
The lounges have the lingering scent of opium, spices or herbal teas, no matter how many fans or air fresheners are applied.
Regardless if something is actively cooking or not, the kitchen always smells of fine foods. Rich stews, roasting chickens, buttery potatoes, fresh apples and even sugary pies or warm pastries.
Throughout the Manor, the faint scent of age can be detected, similar to the moth-eaten clothing at the back of grandmother's closet.

Emotional
A strange, chaotic energy alights the nerves at night, concocting the desire to run amuck in the halls.
Inhibitions are lower. It is easier to be enticed into doing something out of character.
Residents are more apt to anger, arousal and jealousy.
Disorientation is common. Didn’t you just come from that hallway? You could’ve sworn the dining room was around this corner…
Memories seem to come to life, with the purpose of haunting those staying here.
The longer the stay, the more anxiety is created by the thought of leaving Montgomery House.
If the House has gotten you, it can feel rosy, like falling in love.
When you do decide to stay for good, its a good time all of the time.

Physical
Bruising from unknown causes.
Waking up to marks similar to scratches or bites. Or, waking up with dirt crusted fingernails and dirty feet.
Cold chills.
Hair tugging.
Vicious pinches to the rear end.
Fondling.
Hot breath on the nape of the neck.
Something likes to caress and tickle extremities that hang over bedsides. -
