Stark.
The dreaded millionaire had given Adalia a mission, one she determined she didn't want to take. Though the man wasn't forgiving, and her close tie with Fury compelled her after her boss said it was important. So here she was, suiting up in a black mission suit, tucking weapons into holsters, though she wouldn't need them. But she wanted to need them. Using her powers would be a last resort, the consequences of last time were still heavily ongoing, something she couldn't get away from.
But maybe this mission would be able to get her away from it. She brushed her fingers through the short curly hair that sat atop her head, streaks of green going through the black. A mask was pulled over her nose, covering her neck and the lower half of her face. Leaving the only feature to stand out being her striking green eyes.
She grumbled to herself, she insisted on taking the mission solo, but Fury had assigned her a partner, or as Adalia saw it: a set back. If there was another person capable in Fury's eyes, why didn't they just go alone? The older man always had a way of dragging her into things. Her new suit, equipped with Stark tech (after much fighting between the two), fit snugly on her body, showing off her curvy, yet muscular features.
She made her way to the hangar bay, lingering as she waited for the inevitable 'partner' she was to go with, though she could have always left them in the dust. It was moments before there were more footsteps as another entered the hangar. "You're late.", Adalia growled, a little harsher than she meant to, her bad mood influencing her tone.

A human seeming female ran in, her face was calm but she looked pretty tense. "Sorry, I am still getting used to this place." She said, though she was fiddling with the black and grey mission suit she had on. "So what's the mission? Fury said that my 'partner' would already know but I don't know what's going to happen out there." She explained, putting air quotes as she said 'partner' and had then started to put her short and silky black hair up into a bun. Axel was wearing, besides the suit Fury had made her wear, black pants and a small guitar case on her back, she always had it on though Stark and Fury had warned everyone to not try and see what was in it because it for sure wasn't a guitar. Her pants were loose on her thighs but slowly got tighter the closer to her ankle they got. "Oh! My name's Axel by the way. Axel Wright." She said with a polite bow.
"Maybe take a tour next time.", Adalia grumbled, looking the woman up and down. She seemed alright, well built, though the guitar case on her back wasn't looking very promising.
"I do know what's going on. As for you, hop on the jet. And quickly, we don't have all day.", Adalia said, turning on her heel, stopping and looking back at the woman as she bowed.
"Adalia.", she said simply, boarding the jet.

She straightened up and followed. "Then could you explain please? Also about the tour, I simply didnt have time... I actually was about to go on a tour but then Fury called." Axel said, slightly smirking though. "Though we could easily have all day, just not without getting in trouble." She said as she took a seat.
"I'm under instructions that the information is classified. You're here as a formality.", Adalia explained, not in the mood to deal with the shit Fury had stuck her with. Adalia saw the woman was definitely very capable, but the woman just wanted to do it alone.
"This whole job is trouble, if you don't accept that, then it's not for you.", Adalia said with the smallest hint of a smile, flipping some switches from the cockpit.

"Very well then, though anything can be trouble if you have the right tools." Axel said, swinging the guitar case onto her lap and opening it. She made sure the other couldn't see the stuff inside but nonetheless smiled at whatever it was. "So Adalia, how did you join? Connections? Powers?" She questioned with a sudden grin, closing the case.
Adalia was quite curious on what was in the case, though she was certain it wasn't a guitar.
"Close friend of a well-known agent of Fury's.", Adalia half-lied, flipping a few more switches before getting up and making sure everything else in the plane was in order.

Sorry! I have been working on a different version of a song and forgot to answer!)) "Cool, I mainly got in because of my skills, keen eyesight and smarts. Though I have to say that I do have a few connections too." Axel said with a soft smile. "And, if I may ask... whats your story?"
The other woman's words did not make her feel any better, as she froze for a moment when the agent mentioned her story.
She snapped herself out of it before she could think about it too much, looking away out of the jet windshield. "Sheild agent since a while back, nothing more to it.", Adalia lied.

"Sounds like a fun time. Though dont worry, I wont pry." She said with a smile before standing. "May I know how far we are going, or am I just supposed to follow instructions here?" Axel asked, stretching a little but as she did so there was a quiet, barely noticeable scraping sound coming from her back, maybe somewhere else but it was clear it was at least something on her.
Adalia was thankful the woman wasn't as persistent as others she had met before, not prodding her bogus story further.
"Russia.", Adalia simply said, as the jet rose into the air. The mission they were on was a fairly simple one, routine even.
A scraping noise caused Adalia to wince slightly, though she hid it from the other. Her senses were quite sensitive, especially her hearing. "Something I should know about?", she grumbled.
