From Ink Bebop? There are mentions of Asteria because that is where Keiko is from and plus, it is just in the description.
The mention of Asteria is possibly the peeling blue sign. If someone were to ask her about it, she simply explained that it is rumored that the Tsar of Jorgia once owned the building. I added a footnote just in case someone wanted know what Jorgia was.
Ehhhh…. You see, here’s the problem with that. If the tsar of Jorge’s owned it, then it’d have to be set in Asteria.
