Mission Log: Picking Pomegranates

Mission Goal Summary: Our goal was to pick pomegranates from the Grove on the Hill, located in Barbery Grove.

Goals Completed?: Y

Mission Events Summary: We arrived at the hill in the middle of the afternoon [god, it was so hot... [note: edit this out]. Getting the pomegranates wasn't much trouble, but unfortunately I revealed I had told my parents about the mission-- not in detail, but that I was picking pomegranates.

I am very thankful for my teammate, Yanfeng, for reminding me that keeping secrets is of top priority-- I'm fine with any discipline regarding this matter, but I did want to note that Yanfeng did a good job in reminding me of AOtM's policies, especially before I got to any more serious missions.

Anyway, other than that-- we encountered a vampire named Cassandra [She seemed pretty cool [note: also edit this out]], and she led us to where we'd be picking pomegranates.

After some chatter [Did you know that there's beetles called Deathwatches? [edit that out]], we finished our picking pomegranate mission wonderfully, and returned with a good amount of the fruit.

On, and another note-- while we did have three days of 'shore leave', unfortunately we weren't able to utilize it due to Yanfeng being unable to use his translater where other people would see it, which would then, understandably, cause a lot of difficulties.

Team Notes: As I mentioned before-- I slipped up and mentioned small details about the mission that, for something more important, could be more disasterous.

I actually did really like working with Yanfeng. I appreciated how straight forward he was with me, and I liked that he kept me on track. I wouldn't mind working with him again in the future.

Mission Notes: Maybe sometime there could be other missions helping out in Barbery Grove? While I know agents are allowed to visit on their own leisure time, I wouldn't mind an 'excuse' to visit.

I'm also going to ask for more subtle tech that can help translate things, if possible. I'd love for Yanfeng and others to be able to explore and enjoy the city without such a language barrier being an issue. Alternatively, more translators on site would help.

Notes: Follow up with Agent Douglas requested on what exactly was meant by 'mentioned small details about the mission'. A little concerning. Send refresher files/materials on use of the Key Gauntlet's built in universal translator. If Agent Zhou would like a more subtle way of blending in language wise, he is welcome to see me to discuss a psychic language download in his free time. Also, a reminder that while wanting to help locals is admirable, that is not the agency's primary purpose. We will not be making up missions as an 'excuse' to visit a universe, but you are welcome to use your free time as you wish, Agent Douglas.
