Polaroid wakes up from his den and stretches as he walks outside.
"Hellloooo everybody!" He barked casually.

Parker bounded out of her den, tail wagging.
“Good morning! Are you excited for today?” she chirped.

"Honestly? If it were ups to me, I'd be back in bed right now!" He said with a chuckle. "But, sadly, I have responsibilities or something..."
“Well, let’s focus on the ‘or something’ then! Hmm…I betcha we could steal prey from the Red Coats!” She bounced up and down. “They’d never know what hit ‘em!”
"Hey! That'd make us just as mean as them!" He exclaims.
“Aw, I guess so. Well, great leader, what’s the plan for today?” she asked.
"Pssh, just call me Polaroid, none of that formal stuff. And I guess... Do whatever you want! Today's quiet anyways."
Meanwhile in the forest, a small cat was making their way through the area, all senses on alert. She wasn't really sure where she was, but could smell so many other animals around... The cat could only hope they would be friendly, if she ended up meeting anyone. They were afraid, but hopeful. A single yellow flower, something tiny the cat didn't know the name of, was tucked behind their ear; she thought it was pretty!
"Oh? Hello there, lil kitty! What brings you here?

"I might be a little lost..." The cat admitted, blinking in surprise at the wolf who was suddenly talking to them. "I've been wandering around for daaaays, ever since some big backstory stuff happened that the narrator didn't decide on for some reason..."
"Oh! Good thing you found us and not those Red Coats! They'd probably rip your little head off!" He shuddered at the thought.
The cat shuddered too, ears flattening, clearly terrified by this. "B-But you won't... r-right??"
"Hm... Maybe.." He said before chuckling. "I'm kidding! I'm kidding!"
Still looking a bit concerned, the cat nodded very slowly. "Okay... Well... Who are you, by the way? Where am I?"
"Well, you're in the woods!" He said, quite bluntly. "and you're at the Rainbow Paw clan's den! That big cave behind us is where everyone sleeps and does whatever, and up there higher up the mountainside is where I sleep! It's also supposed to be where I do boring official stuff..."
"Oh, wow... so you're the leader?" The cat looked around with wide eyes, carefully taking everything in.
"Yup! Inherited it from my dad!" He said proudly. "Although, never really liked it that much... Too much busyness... I just wanna sleep and play with my pals!"
"I had a brother, but... Well... Lets say he got a bit too jealous of me..."

Another slow nod. "Being a leader sounds kinda cool, but also really stressful. I'm glad I don't have to lead anything!"
"Wanna come in? It's warm inside!"
"Oh, what's your name by the way, little kitty?"

"I... actually don't have a name... no-one ever gave me one... I'm on a quest to find one that fits!" The cat explained, walking slowly into the cave to enjoy the cozy warmth. Their eyes flickered this way and that, just in case there were any threats, though so far there seemed to be none.
