I looked at the rules and it says that only characters with permission can use magic.
Does magic also refer to Ciel- er, Phantompaw's contract with Sebastian- er- Demonpaw?
If so, could I get permission to be able to use that?

Any tips on how I can make Phantompaw and Demonpaw similar to their canon, but with using the rules you've given the group?
Maybe Demonpaw, instead of placing the contract seal in Phantompaw's eye, he only scratched it and caused it to blind. (After all, Ciel is blind in that eye canonically!)

Hm... Maybe I can allow it if it's that central to the character, I just wanna keep it low magic as possible
I get that, too much magic can be overwhelming.
Just let me know what I can and can't do so I don't mess up the "low magic" of the RP group /gen
