TW: This RP contains a plot that involves a murder of an NPC character, and will delve into the dark themes of trying to solve who did it, and how to stop the murderer from doing any more crimes.

Wandering about the woods was a pale blue cat, wearing an eyepatch, and alongside him was a black cat wearing a necktie.
Phantompaw sighed underneath his breath, his ears slicking back across his head. "According to the message sent to us by Queenstar's messenger-cat, a wolf living here had been recently killed and no one had seen the murderer." Phantompaw explained.
"Isn't it quite normal for the death of creatures in the woods, master?" Demonpaw raised a brow.
"Yes, but usually from natural causes, herbal poisoning or injury complications. Not a direct kill from another wolf or animal." Phantompaw said, flat and serious. Phantompaw looked up and noticed a clan nearby. "This must be where we should be looking for clues." He stopped.
"Shall we head there, master?" Demonpaw looked at Phantompaw, nodding. "Yes. Let us go, demon." Phantompaw agreed and began walking off, towards the clan in hopes to finding the murderer behind this terrible death. Demonpaw followed, if he could not do that, what kind of Warrior would he be?

"1 SM3LL F3L1N3S!!!1!" Shouts the red and black wolf, jumping down from a small, conveniently placed hill.
"Hmph!! U 2 must B l0st..... L1ttl3 k1tt13s l1k3 U 2 sh0uld B 1n t3h h00m4n c1t13s. D0nt U kn0 th1s 1s W4LF T3RR1T0RY?!?!?1?"

Phantompaw's tail straightened and turned into a fuzzy mess, as well as the rest of his fur, turning comically spiky.
Demonpaw instantly got into a fighting stance, his tail flicking.
"We were sent by Queenstar of the Royalclan to investigate a murder that happened in these woods." Phantompaw stated, trying to straighten his fur with his paw. Demonpaw glanced the wolf over, 'What a disgrace.' He thought to himself, furrowing his brow at BL00DF4NG. "Now, I'm looking for the leader of this territory, so I can gather more information on the issue." Phantompaw added.
"Also, being anywhere in the cities where the Twolegs roam, is not anywhere I'd want to be." He flinched, his ears slicking back once more.
Demonpaw, though now out of his fighting stance, still kept an eye on BL00DF4NG.

Phantompaw and Demonpaw exchanged looks as if to say 'Was this really the leader?'
"Well.." Phantompaw knelt into a bow of respect, and so did Demonpaw. "Leader of this Territory, can you please tell us of a wolf who goes by Woodentooth? He was killed near the grounds of the territory by an unknown being and would like to learn more about him to seek clues to who could have possibly murdered him." Phantompaw asked, now back on all fours, along with Demonpaw.

Phantompaw flinched at the killing wolves comment. "Have you Red Coats no shame?"
He shook his head. "Either way, from what little information I gathered, Woodentooth was known to have a brown furred complexion and had a few scars across his muzzle. Does that ring any bells?" Phantompaw asked.
Demonpaw took a step forward, his tail flicking more harder now, keeping his eye on BL00DF4NG even more.
If BL00DF4NG would dare try to attack Phantompaw in any way, he would attack back, to protect his master. If he could not do that, what kind of feline would he be?

Phantompaw sighed. "I'm afraid this means that this order shall be a difficult one." He said, not really to BL00DF4NG and not really to himself or Demonpaw. Rather just a thought out loud.
"Do you mind if we question a few of the pack members? I'm not saying that I don't believe you, but would like to try and know as much as possible about the situation and this clan." Phantompaw asked.
