Rules

  • 1. Respect Fellow Role-Players: Treat all members of the group with kindness and respect. Harassment, discrimination, or bullying of any form will not be tolerated.

    2. Stay In Character: Remain in character during RP sessions to maintain immersion and continuity within the story. Out-of-character discussions should be kept to designated channels or times.

    3. Follow the Storyline: Respect the storyline and the plot established by the group moderators or game masters. Avoid derailing the narrative with unrelated or disruptive actions.

    4. Communicate Effectively: Clearly communicate your character's actions, intentions, and dialogue during RP sessions. Use descriptive language to help others visualize scenes and understand your character's motivations.

    5. Consent and Boundaries: Always respect the boundaries and comfort levels of other players. Obtain explicit consent before introducing sensitive or mature themes into the RP, and be prepared to adjust or remove content if it makes others uncomfortable.

    6. No Metagaming: Avoid using out-of-character knowledge to influence in-game decisions or actions. Characters should only act based on information available to them within the RP world.

    7. Resolve Conflicts Amicably: If conflicts arise between characters or players, address them respectfully and seek resolution through in-character dialogue or mediation by moderators. Avoid escalating disagreements into personal attacks.

    8. Stay Engaged: Stay actively engaged in RP sessions by participating in scenes, interacting with other characters, and contributing to the ongoing story. Avoid monopolizing the spotlight or neglecting the contributions of other players.

    9. Adhere to Guidelines: Follow any specific guidelines or rules established by the RP group regarding character creation, setting details, posting frequency, or other logistical considerations.

    10. Have Fun: Ultimately, the goal of the RP group is to have fun and enjoy collaborative storytelling. Keep a positive attitude, be supportive of your fellow players, and celebrate creative contributions to the shared narrative.
