Hi all! So happy with the forum; we're one step closer towards the game!
With that said, I'm looking to establish a character background with your characters, lovely people. If you have been in San Cristobal, chances are you've met/heard of Sejal.
below is a small introduction of Sejal:
Sejal the Star, the court's graceful dancer and one of the most sought-after performers in San Cristobel. Behind the chimes of her glittering anklet and dazzling smiles lies a truth, hidden: that she is the undercover spy for his Majesty the King, flitting from the patronage of one aristocrat to another, relaying the little tidbits for the good of the kingdom.
but what if the good doesn't necessarily be good?
Whatever moral dilemma that she has, it will need to take a backseat until she can find the complete cure to the poison that's coursing through her veins.

We discussed some potential character relationships with characters already:
Kashef ran from her cult and found her way to Morgan’s ship, who gave her a sanctuary on his boat. Morgan is the captain, and Sage is a healer on the ship. I doubt Kashef would have met Sejal in person, but perhaps Sejal would know Morgan? He’s been to a lot places and knows a lot of people.

Sage isnt a fan of the ocean, i doubt you would even get the little guy on a ship without him screaming the whole way. He has intense Thalassophobia. He hangs around in the port areas and surrounding towns a lot to gather information and because of the travellers needing medical assistance.
Morgan definitely would have heard about Sejal or even seen her performing, he is a man of culture and loves a good show.
My character was/is a bull fighter maybe our characters met during one of the performances after or before the fight started.
He is considered a lower class so I don't think our meet ups would have been very memorable however

Hi @Wout,
I'm very interested with that line of possibility! Sejal is also from a lower class--this might further the connection between PC.
Hi @Hansi,
Nice! Do you think Hansi is a big tipper? Sejal will appreciate a good audience
Noted for @King and @Wyn, perhaps our character will only meet in game

hi @Lalazar
Both our characters are performers, half elves and from the lower city. So it seems only natural that our characters would have met. Perhaps we can make a little prequel for this?
Just an idea:
My character was doing his performance in the ring and analyzing the behavior carefully. While your character was giving the important nobles a more private performance. While your character was doing this she overheard that one of the nobles (a full blood elf) thinks being a matador is a degradation for an elf and decides to manipulate the bull by magic trying to injure me. Your character interferes (in some way, I leave that to you) and that is how we met and grow to trust eachother

Hansi is not only a big tipper but very flirty, so he would 100% give her something fancy as a tip (aka maybe a necklace or a ring, obviously stolen) he just likes giving a nice impression and being fancy in his pirate fashion

Oho, she'll remember this one indeed

Sure thing! I imagine she might well 'accidentally' trips over a banquet or something to distract them from casting a spell
