Just saw your updated rule So I am going to put this here too. Caprice would have a shop where he sells his handmade wooden and metal items along with 'refurbished' items and even does custom orders and takes items others dont want (Depending on the item). It'd also have some really odd items in it as well.
Also, the shop would have lot of random items kind of like an antique mall or the most well maintained lost and found. He's a dragon so he'd horde odd things as well as trade them if you can convince him to part with something.
