The proposal is Faust's Fount, a bookstore that's a cover for Jackson's canon shop, Dewell's Magic Emporium. The bookstore functions like a mundane bookstore, but towards the back is a false wall that requires a magic user to exert some of their mana onto the wall to be allowed into the real shop: dedicated to magic users or those who wish to own an enchanted item.
Non-magic users would have to directly call Jackson for a request for an item through his but will have to be prepared for the cost.
