Deputy Thor is simply tossing around a toy. He was yearning to go out and work due to every shift he put in he got his pay: a tennis ball. He would wag his tail a bit when he saw the other deputies.

K9 Officer Thor The Goodest Boy
Thor carried his toy with him into Sheriff Harker's office. He would turn his head and try to hit the sheriff in the leg with his tug-of-war toy to get his attention. It was obvious Thor was going stir-crazy with nothing to do, so his best thought was to get one of the deputies or the sheriff to play. He would then lay his head in the sheriff's lap and let out a low sound and then placed a paw on the sheriff's knee.
(Does Thor live with the Sheriff? Or does he stay with anyone else? Shared custody? 🤣)
(Mack is his partner, but I'm just having Thor live with an NPC)
