  • Welcome to Lumber City!

Cunningham is a small mountain town amongst the Rocky Mountains in the province of Alberta. Only a two hour drive from more well known and scenic areas such as Lake Louise, Banff, Jasper, Emerald Lake and Yoho National Park on the side of British Columbia. The summers are hot and dry with long daylight hours, perfect for walking or hiking around sunset. The winters are the polar opposite and known to be very cold with a chance of blizzards. The city is popular amongst tourists and young college students. Their greatest pride is the lumber the city produces every year.

Crimes in Cunningham are often domestic violence, theft and some biker gang warfare. Locals are aware of it but not directly involved. Major problems are directly related to nature; threats of forest fires spreading, blizzards, avalanches, some wild animal attacks such as grizzly bears and cougars because of human activity, but they are still rare.

    Cunningham University

Located in the heart of the town, Cunningham University is no ordinary campus. Founded in 1882 by Old Man Cunningham's niece, Vanessa Issac, the university provides a vast majority of degrees to choose from. The school colors are black and gold with the school mascot being a hornet.
