This was not an easy decision. Leaving his aunt Lolli to start off somewhere new. This small town life was not for him anymore. Seeing the same faces that hated you. Someone finding out your secret with fear the person would expose you to the world. He was done with it. Done with...the same old thing he's always dealt with his whole life being rejected and singled out. With the talent he's gained thanks to his aunt and the joke she left him with, considering that he was going to become the Afro-Willy Wonka with his ideas, Innes headed down south.
Florida Beach was different, diverse, larger. A place no one knew Innes and yet the best place to get his new business up and running. A place to get a new beginning as well as possibly meeting new ones if he had the time for it. After moving in his place, he called his aunt to ensure her that he was fine.
It was a bit nerve wracking being here. It felt as if driving all the way to this place, his heart would not stop beating a million miles per second. He almost couldn't believe it but this was his life, his choice and he would make the most of it. It was a time to bring a little sweetness into someone's life, one treat at a time.
